This is a strategic product leadership role focused on making complex advertising technology simple, scalable, and self-serve for publishers. You will own the no-code configuration layer across ad formats, video players, consent management, paywalls, and related publisher experiences. - Contribute to a culture of pragmatic problem-solving, prioritization, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within self-serve platforms, admin or back-office products, no-code tools, or configuration-heavy products.

- Solid technical literacy, including familiarity with API-first product design and WordPress plugin environments; coding expertise is not required.
- Strong systems-thinking capabilities, with the ability to create frameworks, guardrails, permission models, and scalable product structures rather than isolated features.
- Experience coordinating across multiple product or engineering teams where successful delivery depends on strong cross-functional alignment.
- An agentic mindset, with an understanding of AI tool-calling patterns and the ability to define clean, well-scoped interfaces that agents can execute.
- Familiarity with AdTech, advertising-format activation, video players, CMPs, consent management, or related technologies is a strong advantage.

- Decision support: Ability to turn technical or complex security information into practical, decision-useful intelligence and proportionate defensive recommendations.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Professional documentation: Ability to produce structured intelligence products such as assessments, executive briefs, intelligence requirements, threat profiles, and analytical updates.

- Experience briefing and coordinating designers, agencies, and other creative specialists.
- Strong practical understanding of AI-enabled creative workflows, including image, video, design, prototyping, or automation tools, with sound judgment around where human creativity and decision-making remain essential.

Your scope will span the full commercial lifecycle, from quotations and orders through provisioning, invoicing, renewals, and partner operations.

Working in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment, you’ll have meaningful exposure to international markets and cross-functional initiatives.
The role offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact on operational efficiency while helping support continued expansion across EMEA.

- Identify recurring operational challenges and develop scalable processes that improve turnaround times, reduce rework, and minimize unnecessary escalations to senior management.
- Monitor operational performance through metrics such as order-processing times, provisioning lead times, renewal readiness, partner onboarding, AR follow-up, and completion of agreed actions.
Requirements:
- Approximately 4–7 years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Order Management, or a related operational role.
- Experience supporting B2B commercial operations, preferably across multiple countries or international markets.
- Strong understanding of quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, renewals, and order-to-cash processes.
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively across Commercial, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Operations, and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and reliable follow-through.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a fast-growing, evolving environment where processes may still be developing.
- Experience using CRM platforms and other business systems to manage operational workflows and information.
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, medical devices, healthcare IT, or another technology-driven environment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn operational issues into practical, repeatable solutions.
Benefits:
- Full-time employment under an Employer of Record (EOR) arrangement.
- Fully remote work-from-home setup with occasional business travel.
- Opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple countries and global teams.
- 30 days of paid time off.
- Onboarding gifts and home-office equipment or supplies.
- Training and professional development opportunities.
