SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today, SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary and expanding consciousness to the stars.
SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence to help humanity understand the universe. Our teams are building the full Super Intelligence stack: from our Colossus supercomputers, to Grok models, to our suite of applications, including Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X. We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next.
About the role
We're building a Forward Deployed Engineering team to close the gap between the value our enterprise customers expect from Cursor and the value they're actually getting. FDEs don't advise, they embed directly with customer engineering teams, build production-grade Cursor workflows, and transfer the habits and culture that compound long after the engagement ends. The measure of success is what's different at day 30, not what got shipped.
We're looking for a Regional Director, Forward Deployed Engineering to lead and help scale this team. You'll manage a growing team of FDEs working across our most strategic enterprise accounts, own what makes a world-class FDE engagement, and stay close enough to the work to escalate, coach, and course-correct in real time. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, owning both project delivery and the day-to-day relationship, while also identifying and scoping new opportunities. You'll also build our partner FDE track β training and enabling GSI and consulting partners who extend this motion at scale.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines deep technical credibility, strong people management, and the judgment to keep engagements scoped tight, delivered fast, and worth repeating. This role will be based in all 3 cities: Bengaluru, Mumbai and New Delhi.
What youβll do
Sell
Own the full arc from technical discovery to executive close β partnering with Sales and Account teams to qualify opportunities, leading architecture reviews, surfacing integration complexity and infrastructure constraints, and scoping engagements with enough precision to de-risk delivery before a line of code is written
Build and present proposals that translate ambiguous customer problems into concrete, time-boxed deliverables with clear ROI
Sell the vision and the plan to C-suite stakeholders who need to believe in both the outcome and the team delivering it
Drive deal strategy on strategic accounts; your technical credibility is a direct lever on close rates for six- and seven-figure engagements
Deliver
Serve as executive technical sponsor on your region's highest-priority engagements and manage stakeholder relationships from IC engineers to C-suite
Ensure delivery quality across your team's projects: appropriate scoping, milestone tracking, technical standards, and clean handoffs to customer engineering teamsTranslate between business outcomes and technical implementation in both directions
Identify and escalate product gaps, integration friction, and recurring customer pain back to Product and Engineering with enough specificity to drive roadmap decisions
Manage active engagements: escalate on complex builds, coach FDEs on scoping and delivery decisions, and step in directly on accounts where the stakes are highest
Build reusable playbooks that make the broader FDE org more capable over time
Manage People
Lead, develop, and scale a team of 6β8 Forward Deployed Engineers working strategic FDE projects
Hire top-tier FDE talent; set clear expectations, technical performance standards, and career growth paths for a team where "excellent" means actually shipping in production
Coach FDEs through the hardest problems in the field β scoping under deal pressure, building alongside senior technical stakeholders, and knowing when to protect scope vs. when to flex
Build and scale the partner FDE track β train, enable, and hold the quality bar for GSI and consulting partners who carry the FDE motion forward at volume
You may be a fit if
You have 8+ years of experience leading technical teams that build and ship in production β Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar function where writing and reviewing code is part of the job
You have experience with software development and coding in Python, Javascript/Typescript
Youβve built and owned AI-native workflows in production, not just prototypes, and have debugged real-world model failures
You can diagnose a complex enterprise engineering environment quickly, identify the highest-leverage intervention, and scope a meaningful engagement
You've built and scaled IC-level technical teams and know what excellence looks like in the field: sharp scoping, clean delivery, and knowledge that stays at the customer long after the engagement closes

Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.
About the role
You embed directly with customer teams as the engineer on the ground: own an outcome, ship a production-grade SpaceXAI system that still runs after you leave, and become the critical technical feedback loop from the field back to product engineering.
The work is the project. One week you might take a messy business workflow and put a production agent on it: pick the use case, stand up the architecture, wire it into the customerβs auth, data, and tools, then harden it with evals until the team actually uses it. Another week you might live in a customerβs repo and delivery system and ship an agent-powered path for a migration, a PR review loop, or an incident-to-fix flow, behind tests, review, and rollout rather than in a chat sidebar. Either way, you measure what matters, leave the customer able to operate it, and bring the pattern back as another use case for SpaceXAI.
This is not a demo role. You own the work end to end, from the first discovery call through launch, iteration, and post-launch support, and you are responsible for systems that work in the real world.
What youβll do
Lead discovery with the customer: orient in their codebases and workflows, find the real bottleneck and the use case worth building, and define clear success metrics
Design and ship production agents, AI applications, and coding-agent workflows on Grok and our models, on live business processes and inside the customerβs engineering org
Get a first version live in days, then harden it over weeks with rollout, monitoring, and iteration from real usage
Own production quality: tracing, evals, debugging model or delivery failures, and latency and cost tradeoffs
Build the systems around the model (tools, MCP servers, retrieval, rules, skills, CI gates, and evals) and integrate them into the customerβs auth, data, workflow, and delivery systems; decide when prompting, architecture, data, process, or a model change is the right lever
Measure the outcome that matters (revenue, cost, hours saved, error rate, cycle time, escaped defects), not seat adoption
Work directly with Staff+, platform, and domain leaders, going deep in their systems while communicating clearly about tradeoffs and results
Leave the customer team able to run what you built, and turn what you learn into reusable patterns and improvements to SpaceXAI products
You may be a fit if
Required
You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or data science
You write and review production code (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript; other languages welcome)
Youβve owned a customer or operator outcome, not just a slide or a prototype, and can turn a fuzzy problem into a scoped, shipped system
Youβve built and owned AI-native workflows or agents in production, and debugged real production failures (model, tool, data, pipeline, or delivery path)
Youβve handled production reliability: metrics, alerts, safe rollouts, incident response
You build end to end: frontend, backend, infra, and prompt iteration
You thrive in ambiguity and donβt need a complete spec before you start building
You can talk to working engineers and to a VP
Fluency in both Japanese and English
Nice to have
2+ years in a customer-facing role, leading discovery conversations and being accountable for outcomes for external stakeholders
Hands-on depth in several of: agents and tool-calling, eval harnesses, retrieval and context systems, CI/CD or developer platforms, and AI-native coding workflows in a real repo
Experience as a forward-deployed, solutions, or platform engineer embedded with customers, or as a founding engineer who owned an AI product end to end

As our founding Field Marketer, you will be the primary growth engine and lead marketing architect for the Japan region, responsible for translating our global strategy into localized, high-impact programs to both land and expand in the largest enterprise accounts.
We are looking for a high-energy, revenue-minded marketing strategist who can alternate between strategic pipeline and account planning with the Sales Team and flawless execution of experiences for customer executives. If you are obsessed with driving pipeline impact from high-touch, standout programs and are a self-starter that thrives at the intersection of technical innovation and enterprise GTM, we want you!
What Youβll Do
Pipeline Architecture & Territory Ownership
Design the Regional Playbook: Build and execute a data-driven marketing plan tailored to your regionβs specific needs, focusing on the largest enterprise accounts.
Master the Land & Expand: Own the regional pipeline target. You will deploy a mix of high-touch events, executive roundtables, thought leadership roadshows, industry tradeshows, and account-based activations to identify and accelerate opportunities that ensure wall-to-wall adoption in our highest potential accounts.
Creative Agility: Fearlessly think outside the standard playbook to deploy memorable experiences across in person, virtual and next gen marketing formats as well as the operational workflows that bring them to life. Be ready and eager to break the mold and go big!
Big Picture Operator: Be excited to bring the SpaceXAI mission and story to our customers by partnering with corporate marketing to ensure sharp messaging at every touchpoint.
Sales Partner: Act as the strategic marketing partner to Regional Sales Teams. Youβll lead marketing planning calls, provide account-level insights, analyze regional pipeline trends, ensure absolute alignment on account priorities and maximize the adoption and impact of all marketing efforts.
Measurement & Operational Excellence
Event Orchestration: Obsess over the end-to-end details of every program with total ownership, from ideation, to promotion, to vendor management, to onsite experience, and follow-up, going beyond just day-of execution.
Data-Driven Iteration: Track every dollar spent against pipeline generated. Manage your regional budget with a focus on high-impact investments.
Feedback Loop: Serve as the "eyes and ears" of the field. Provide the Corporate Marketing teams with real-time feedback, needs and ideas on messaging resonance and competitive shifts.
Your DNA
The Enterprise Specialist: You have 5β8+ years of experience in Field or Revenue Marketing within B2B SaaS. You understand the complexity of selling to the CTO, VP of Engineering, and CISO.
The Revenue Mindset: You donβt care about "leads"; you care about pipeline and ARR. You speak the language of sales and aren't afraid to be held to a pipeline number.
The "Gritty" Optimizer: You are a self-starter who can build a program from a blank sheet of paper and then obsessively optimize it based on the data.
Exceptional Communicator: Whether itβs writing a personalized invite to a CIO or presenting a quarterly business review (QBR) to leadership, your communication is sharp, professional, and persuasive. Fluency in both English and Japanese.

About the role
As our Field Marketing Manager for Healthcare / SLED, you will be the primary growth engine and lead marketing architect for Healthcare and State, Local & Education (SLED) β responsible for pulling together people and resources to build a full GTM marketing motion that lands and expands some of the companyβs largest, most critical named accounts in these verticals.
This role sits in the Public Sector organization. Youβll help support Public Sector overall, with a clear focus on Healthcare and SLED, and youβll collaborate across adjacent verticals where motions overlap (including Life Sciences events).
We are looking for a high-energy, revenue-minded marketing strategist who can alternate between strategic pipeline and account planning with vertical sales and flawless execution of industry experiences for customer executives. If you are obsessed with driving pipeline from high-touch, standout programs and are a self-starter who thrives at the intersection of technical innovation, healthcare / public-sector narrative, and enterprise GTM, we want you.
This is a remote role with travel for industry programs and customer engagements.
What Youβll Do
Pipeline Architecture & Vertical Ownership
Own the Healthcare / SLED GTM: Build and execute a data-driven marketing plan for Healthcare and SLED, and orchestrate core business partners into one motion aimed at must-win accounts.
Master the Land & Expand: Own the vertical pipeline target. Design and run the programs that help priority accounts land, expand, and adopt more of the platform, focused where the commercial opportunity is highest.
Creative Agility: Fearlessly think outside the standard playbook to deploy memorable in-person, virtual, and next-gen experiences β and the operational workflows that bring them to life.
Industry Narrative: Translate the Cursor (now part of SpaceXAI) mission into healthcare and SLED language β the problems these buyers already feel (clinical / payer / provider / state & education IT), the outcomes they are measured on, and why this platform is the answer. Partner with PMM and corporate marketing so the story stays sharp, consistent, and specific enough that a CIO, CMIO, or public-sector technology leader hears their world, not a generic AI pitch.
Sales Partner: Act as the strategic marketing partner to Healthcare and SLED sales. Lead planning calls, provide account-level insights, analyze vertical pipeline trends, lock alignment on priority accounts, and maximize the impact of every motion. Know what you run as Vertical vs what you plug into Enterprise Field formats. Support broader Public Sector needs as needed.
Measurement & Operational Excellence
Event Orchestration: Obsess over the end-to-end details of every program β ideation, promotion, vendor management, onsite, and follow-up β going beyond day-of execution.
Data-Driven Iteration: Track every dollar spent against pipeline generated. Manage your vertical budget toward high-impact investments on critical accounts.
Feedback Loop: Serve as the eyes and ears of Healthcare and SLED. Feed Corporate and PMM real-time feedback on messaging resonance and competitive shifts.
Your DNA
The Healthcare Vertical Owner: You assemble Sales, PMM, Enterprise Field, FE/Solutions, and CS/ADM into one motion aimed at pipeline on the companyβs largest accounts, not just events. 5β7+ years of healthcare marketing / GTM experience is required (provider, payer, health systems, health tech, or adjacent). You know how to sell into healthcare buying centers and can partner credibly with sales on complex, regulated accounts.
The Revenue Mindset: You care about pipeline and closed-won, not leads. You speak sales and will be held to a number.
The Gritty Optimizer: A self-starter who can build a program from a blank page and tighten it with the data.
Exceptional Communicator: Sharp and persuasive, whether itβs a personal invite to a CIO / CMIO or a QBR for leadership.
Technical & Tactical Toolkit
Field Presence: Ability to travel (~30%) to host industry programs, support Vertical Sales, and connect with customers in-market.
Event Craft: Experience producing high-end, white-glove executive experiences β including industry-flagship overlays (e.g. HIMSS / CHIME / HLTH-class motions) and 1:few vertical ABM β that stand out in a crowded market.

SpaceXAI's Business Development team drives our alternative routes to market: executive briefings, investor-convened roadshows, and zero-to-one market entry. This motion has opened enterprise markets across continents, converting executive access into qualified pipeline at a measured, proven rate.
We're looking for a Regional Vice President of Business Development to accelerate this motion in your region, working closely with our go-to-market leaders, customers, and partners to turn executive relationships into sourced pipeline for the account and partnership teams who carry those relationships forward.
What You'll Do:
Own our executive briefing network in-region. Build and maintain relationships across our largest customers and prospects.
Plan and lead executive engagement. Organize and facilitate meetings and multi-day trips for SpaceXAI's executives in-region, directly owning the relationship until an account owner is assigned.
Drive new market entry and intelligence. Identify sub-regions, industries, and strategies for net-new customer acquisition, and help establish our presence in them.
Execute our regional enterprise growth strategy. Manage relationships across the full partner and customer lifecycle β from planning trips and roadshows to supporting account executives through close.
Forge new relationships. Build connections with partners, customers, and stakeholders in the region that contribute to our growth.
You May Be a Fit If You:
12+ years of experience in business development, venture capital, or sales
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a track record of hitting goals without a playbook
Have worked directly with customers and cross-functionally to get things done
Self-starter with clear evidence of professional initiative
Exceptional communicator with strong executive presence
Take pride in being a "super IC,β someone who does exceptional individual work
Familiar with the developer tooling ecosystem and current trends in AI

About the role
We're looking for a Forward Deployed Strategist to own our most strategic customer engagements - from first workshop through delivery. You'll sit with executive sponsors, surface the highest-value use cases, turn them into tightly scoped projects, then stay accountable for the outcome, working with the FDE.
You'll typically work in a pod of one Strategist and 1-2 FDEs. You own the executive relationship and the shape of delivery; the FDE embeds with the customer's team and owns the deeper production builds. You'll stay hands-on at the configuration layer week to week, including workflows, integrations, and platform tooling, partnering with the FDE where the build is most complex. You will translate technical build into business outcomes and own the adoption of the build.
This is for someone who combines technical credibility in agentic coding and LLMs with the executive presence to earn trust in the boardroom, and the judgment to keep engagements scoped tight, delivered fast, and worth repeating.
Β
What youβll do
You may be a fit if
You've spent 6+ years in Solutions Architecture, Deployment Strategy, technical consulting, or an Engagement Manager seat where you owned scoping and delivery with a technical team in AI-production workflows
You understand agentic coding and LLMs well enough to hold your own with senior eng: how they behave in production, where they fail, and what a resilient workflow looks like (you don't need to be the person writing the production code)
You're comfortable hands-on with Cursor workflows, integrations, and platform config, and can read enough Python / JS-TS to partner with an FDE
You've shipped AI-native workflows past the prototype stage and can tell a real production constraint from a nice-to-have
You can walk into an unfamiliar enterprise eng org, find the highest-leverage intervention fast, and scope something that delivers concrete value in weeks, not quarters
You have the executive presence to own the C-suite relationship and the technical credibility to earn trust with their eng leads
Domain depth in FSI, insurance, telecom, high-tech, healthcare/life sciences, or semiconductor is a strong plus

About SpaceXAI
SpaceXAI builds the vertically integrated stack for useful AI: models, the products people work in every day, and the compute underneath. We're Cursor + Grok as one company: Grok Build (Cursor) for engineering in real codebases, Grok Bot for autonomous knowledge work, and Grok when you want to steer the result. Same intelligence layer; not a coding-only tool company.
We're a flat, talent-dense team that likes truth-seeking, sharp debate, and shipping.
About the role
We're standing up Scale ADM from first principles: an agentic, human-last motion for a large enterprise book. This is a founding seat. You'll help invent how SpaceXAI drives customer outcomes at scale across hundreds of accounts with a small team, using agents to surface risk and opportunity, and putting people where judgment still matters.
What you'll do
Help found and run the Scale ADM motion across a wide enterprise portfolio
Use agentic workflows to triage health, prioritize outreach, and keep human time scarce and high leverage
Drive value realization that supports retention and expansion: deepen adoption, find account whitespace, and open growth paths across the book
Amplify what already exists (marketing webinars, customer education, onboarding) and turn live learning into reusable motions without reinventing the wheel
Shape playbooks and offerings from voice of customer: tailor what we deliver based on what we hear
You may be a fit if
You've thrived in high-velocity, multi-customer environments and like building the machine, not only running it
You bring real product fluency (beyond developers alone) and you're leaning into AI: proficient today, or hungry to get there fast
You're energized by agents as coworkers: you design how they work
You've done customer success or adjacent post-sales work and know how to drive customer outcomes, and why that matters
You know how to manage accounts and relationships for outcomes: find whitespace, deepen adoption, and open growth paths
