Senior Data Analyst

Your impact:

• Partner with teams launching new products, topics, and funnels to evaluate their performance, economics, and overall business impact.
• Identify actionable insights and growth opportunities, turning data into recommendations that improve launches and business results.
• Own analytical projects end-to-end — from understanding the problem and defining the methodology to delivering insights and recommendations.
• Work with product analytics, hypotheses, experimentation, and A/B testing to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and improve existing analytics automation, processes, and methodologies.
• Leverage AI to make analytical workflows more efficient and identify new opportunities for automation.
• Collaborate with analysts, product teams, and other stakeholders across the company.
• Take ownership of and gradually lead analytical initiatives, building credibility and influence within the team.

About you:

• You have strong experience in Data Analytics and/or Product Analytics at a Senior level.
• You have strong SQL skills and can independently handle complex analytical tasks.
• You have hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and product hypotheses.
• You have experience improving analytical processes, methodologies, and automation.
• You are comfortable using AI tools as part of your day-to-day work and understand how they can enhance analytical workflows.

Will be a plus:

• Hands-on experience with AI transformation within an analytics function or team.
• Experience implementing AI-powered workflows, tools, or automation in analytical processes.
