About Ramp
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
As a tenured member of Ramp’s growing Product Operations team, you will work at the nexus of Ramp’s cutting edge FinTech product and the operational realities of what it takes to deliver for a massive and rapidly scaling set of customers.
You will own the operations for a meaningful product or set of products at Ramp, while also influencing the overall development of Ramp’s internal operations as the company rapidly scales. You will collaborate with your product partners to lay out a data-driven and customer-informed roadmap of features to build and improvements to implement, build out automation and processes to help Ramp scale internally, and assist in the launch of impactful new features and products. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, design, data and our customer-facing teams, as well as partners and vendors outside of Ramp.
*Please note that this Product Operations role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days/week*
What You’ll Do
Customer Obsession: Represent the “voice of the customer” within your product space, work to connect the day to day customer experience to product and engineering teams, and bring customer insights to help teams think beyond the boundaries of what exists today
Process Development: Own meaningful company-wide initiatives to help prepare Ramp for larger scale, and to create predictable and reliable processes for the benefit of the Ramp team and our customers and partners
Product Analysis: Create high-leverage product analytics and data analysis and use it to surface opportunities for improving performance, quality, and intuitiveness of the product
Launch Support: Ensure that product releases are flawless through documentation, enablement and context sharing across the organization
Incident Management: Achieve fast resolution of product bugs and issues by aiding in the tools and processes for incident identification and resolution
Partner Ops: Manage our operational relationship with relevant partners and vendors, including negotiating strong service agreements and performing joint performance assessments
What You Need
Minimum 2 years of professional experience working in product management, product operations, or strategy & operations roles, ideally in a fast-growing business
Experience driving fast and successful execution of complex initiatives that involve the coordination of efforts of many different teams
Track record of “seeking the root cause” of issues to find more enduring and impactful solutions than others
Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative feedback to create product recommendations
Experience working directly with customers or clients through feedback requests and/or user research interviews
Experience leveling up and assisting junior members of your team with constructive feedback
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience tailoring a message to different audiences
Can translate data into insights and action, including experience querying SQL
Comfort in ambiguity and a track record of charting your own path
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Retool or other low-code tooling platforms
Experience in Management Consulting
Technical programming experience (Python, Java, React)

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
As a Product Operations partner for Ramp Bill Pay, you will help build and scale the workflows that enable customers to manage accounts payable with speed, accuracy, and control. You will reduce customer friction across the bill pay lifecycle — from vendor setup and approvals to payments, reconciliation, and exception handling — while shaping product quality through data, customer feedback, and tight partnership with customer-facing internal teams.
Beyond your product vertical, you will also contribute to Product Operations process improvement and product building that allows our Product and Engineering teams to scale. You will use AI tools to improve processes around release management, collecting customer feedback, and enabling internal teams to support our customers and troubleshoot issues.
Our main goal is to reduce customer friction, measured by support tickets per active user and customer NPS.
What You'll Do
Own the voice-of-customer loop for Bill Pay — systematically capture, analyze, and prioritize feedback from CX, Sales, and direct customer channels
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and specs
Own launch operations for new Bill Pay features as they move from Alpha to GA
Directly ship product improvements (UX fixes and paper cuts) using AI tools — owning your own backlog of customer friction reduction, not just feeding the engineering backlog
Use AI to automate processes and build products that enable teams to ship faster while maintaining a high quality bar
Build scalable operating systems for release readiness, internal enablement, supportability, and issue escalation across Bill Pay workflows
What You Need
3+ years in product operations, product management, or a customer-facing analytical role supporting B2B SaaS; experience with payments, accounts payable, fintech workflows, or financial operations preferred
Proficiency using data to size opportunities and analyze adoption, support trends, payment flow performance, and customer friction
Ability to translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirements and operational processes
Comfort working in ambiguous, technically complex spaces and driving clarity across multiple stakeholders
Strong problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills; bias to ship improvements quickly and measure impact
Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate your work and directly make product improvements
About Our Teams
Spend Management owns our core spend product, including card issuance, reimbursements, and travel & entertainment to control spend
Intelligence owns the reporting, savings, and price intelligence products to help companies make better financial decisions
Bill Payments owns our invoice management, accounts payable, and B2B payment capabilities
Risk owns our underwriting and financial products that determine which businesses to approve and how to manage risk
Growth owns onboarding, activation and retention products to help our customers be successful on the Ramp platform
Accounting owns creating intelligence in our accounting platform, saving finance teams time and money
Mobile owns our mobile app development and mobile strategy
Travel owns new capabilities for bookings and expense automation throughout a trip
For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range for this role is $128,000 - $180,000. For candidates located in all other locations, the pay range for this role is $120,000 - $170,000

About MPLC
MPLC is the legal way to show movies and TV in public or commercial spaces across the globe. For over 30 years, we’ve been the trusted partner to major Hollywood studios, independent producers, and the wider creative ecosystem, ensuring content creators are paid fairly and organisations respect copyright.
About Global Technology Services
GTS is technology at MPLC, all of it. And we are honest about where we are: we are rebuilding and elevating our technology capability, from the ground up and by design. New platforms, new data foundations, new roles: this team is being built for what MPLC becomes, not what it was. You will own real outcomes early, automate the repetitive rather than absorb it, and help shape the rebuild rather than inherit someone else’s. Technology is the engine of how MPLC grows. People are the fuel. AI is the turbocharger. That is where you come in.
The Role in Two Bullet Points- Define and own the architecture that connects MPLC's systems, data and platforms, ensuring the technology estate scales in a structured and sustainable way.
- Lead the design of integrations, systems of record and platform standards that create a connected, governed and future-ready technology environment.
Responsibilities
- You'll be MPLC's first dedicated architecture hire, so there won't be an established architecture function waiting for you.
- This role is as much about influencing people and decisions as it is about technical expertise.

Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.
About the role
We’re hiring Solution Architects to help the world’s best engineering organizations figure out what AI-native software development actually looks like in production.
This is a deeply technical, post-sale role embedded inside Cursor’s most strategic enterprise accounts. You’ll work directly with engineering teams to roll out high-impact workflows, accelerate adoption, and help organizations fundamentally rethink how software gets built with AI.
Solution Architects sit at the center of long-term customer transformation. You’ll help customers move from initial excitement to deeply integrating engineering workflows that teams rely on every day. That means understanding how modern software organizations operate, identifying where Cursor can create the most leverage, and helping customers scale adoption across teams, platforms, and workflows over time.
This role is highly hands-on. You’ll configure environments, design workflows, run enablement sessions, and solve technical problems directly with developers and platform teams inside complex enterprise environments. You’ll also help engineering leaders think through rollout strategy, workflow evolution, and the long-term architecture for AI-native development.
The best Solution Architects combine deep technical credibility with strong product instincts, high ownership, and the ability to influence how large engineering organizations evolve. Solution Architects are also equally comfortable debugging CI workflows, leading architecture reviews, and helping executives understand where AI changes the economics of software development.
What you’ll do
Help Engineering Teams Adopt AI-Native Development
Roll out Cursor across strategic engineering organizations
Configure environments, design workflows, and run hands-on enablement sessions
Help developers integrate Cursor into real production workflows, not isolated demos
Drive fast time-to-value and durable adoption across teams
Identify workflow friction and solve problems quickly
Expand Cursor Across the Organization
Identify where Cursor should expand next inside the customer environment
Help engineering organizations evolve from isolated usage to company-wide adoption
Design rollout strategies for new workflows, teams, and platform groups
Partner with customers to operationalize AI-assisted development at scale
Work closely with Account Executives during major expansion moments
Become a Trusted Technical Partner
Build deep relationships with developers, platform teams, engineering leadership, and executive stakeholders
Lead architecture reviews, technical working sessions, and strategic planning discussions
Advise customers on developer productivity, workflow design, governance, and AI adoption strategy
Coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to unblock customer progress
Help organizations navigate workflow and operational change as AI-native development evolves
Drive Real Customer Outcomes
Help customers translate adoption into measurable engineering impact
Connect Cursor usage to outcomes like faster iteration cycles, improved developer productivity, workflow efficiency, and engineering quality
Help customers communicate the value of Cursor internally and build momentum for broader adoption
Turn successful deployments into repeatable workflow patterns across the organization
Help Make Cursor Indispensable
Deepen workflow adoption and long-term product stickiness
Monitor competitive risk and help customers standardize on Cursor over time
Support recovery plans when adoption slows or competing tools gain traction
Help customers build workflows they can’t imagine operating without
Shape the Future of the Product
Bring structured feedback from strategic customers into Product and Engineering
Identify emerging workflow patterns, friction points, and enterprise requirements
Help shape new capabilities through lighthouse customers and design partnerships
Turn successful customer workflows into reusable playbooks and reference patterns
You may be a fit if
You have a strong technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or developer tooling
You have experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architect, Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Enterprise Architect, or similar
You have the ability to work hands-on with engineering teams while also operating strategically with technical leadership
You have a strong understanding of developer workflows, SDLC tooling, integrations, CI/CD systems, governance, and enterprise engineering environments

You have strong command of pipeline management, account planning, and forecasting across a strategic book of business
You’re energized by technical products and can hold credible conversations with senior engineers, platform leaders, and CTOs about how Cursor fits into modern development workflows
You’re a self-starter who thrives in an early-stage, resource-constrained environment and can build process, playbooks, and regional learnings as you go
You care deeply about AI and believe transforming how software is written is one of the most important problems to work on right now

Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering.

Roll out Cursor across strategic engineering organizations
Configure environments, design workflows, and run hands-on enablement sessions
Help developers integrate Cursor into real production workflows, not isolated demos
Drive fast time-to-value and durable adoption across teams

Expand Cursor Across the Organization
Identify where Cursor should expand next inside the customer environment
Help engineering organizations evolve from isolated usage to company-wide adoption
Design rollout strategies for new workflows, teams, and platform groups
Partner with customers to operationalize AI-assisted development at scale
Work closely with Account Executives during major expansion moments
Become a Trusted Technical Partner
Build deep relationships with developers, platform teams, engineering leadership, and executive stakeholders
Lead architecture reviews, technical working sessions, and strategic planning discussions
Advise customers on developer productivity, workflow design, governance, and AI adoption strategy
Coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to unblock customer progress
Help organizations navigate workflow and operational change as AI-native development evolves

About the role
As an Account Executive, Geo Enterprise for ANZ at Cursor, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand by bringing on new logos, building strategic customer relationships, and helping engineering organizations discover, adopt, and expand their use of Cursor.
This role combines technical understanding with sales expertise to help enterprises reimagine how software development can be accelerated with AI. You’ll work with engineering leaders, CTOs, developer platform teams, and procurement stakeholders across some of the region’s most sophisticated technology, financial services, enterprise, and digital-native organizations.
This is a rare opportunity to sell a product that engineers already love, into accounts where you can drive transformational change in how software gets built.
What you’ll do
Own the full sales cycle across ANZ, from first outreach to close, working directly with engineering leaders, CTOs, developer platform teams, and procurement stakeholders.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, partner referrals, creative sourcing, and your own network.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Develop executive relationships and day-to-day champions within each account, becoming a trusted product expert for customers and prospects.
Guide prospects through trials, technical evaluations, security reviews, procurement processes, and broader rollouts.
Quantify value with clear ROI cases tied to developer productivity, AI adoption, and software delivery velocity.
Design and execute innovative sales strategies for the ANZ market; analyze market trends and translate high-level plans into targeted account activities and campaigns.
Navigate complex buying committees across engineering, IT, security, legal, finance, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
Be the voice of ANZ customers internally, sharing actionable feedback that influences product roadmap, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.
Help establish and refine Cursor’s enterprise motion in ANZ, including local market learnings, repeatable playbooks, and early customer references.
You may be a fit if
You have 5–7+ years of closing experience in tech sales, ideally selling developer tools, technical SaaS, infrastructure, cloud, security, AI, or emerging technologies.
You have 1–3+ years of experience selling into enterprise companies, ideally across Australia and/or New Zealand.
You have a consistent track record of landing new logos, exceeding quota, and managing a high velocity of deals.
You’re comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and selling to technical stakeholders — from individual engineers and developer platform teams to CTOs and other executives.
You’re a true hunter: you proactively build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, creative sourcing, executive engagement, and relentless follow-up, rather than relying on inbound demand.
You bring an analytical approach to understanding customer needs, combined with creative and tactical follow-through to advance opportunities.
You’re an excellent communicator who can present confidently and build trust across all levels of an organization.
You’re energized by technical products and can credibly connect Cursor to modern engineering workflows, developer productivity, and AI adoption.
