About Brave
Brave is on a mission to protect the human right to privacy online. We’ve built a free web browser that blocks creepy ads and trackers by default, a private search engine with a truly independent index, a browser-native crypto wallet, and a private ad network (opt-in!) that directly rewards you for your attention. And we’re just getting started. Already over 121 million people have switched to Brave for a faster, more private web. Millions more switch every year.
The internet is a sea of ads, hackers, and echo chambers. Big Tech makes huge profits off our data, and tells us what’s true and what’s not. Brave is fighting back. Join us!

- Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience in partner programs, program management, business operations, strategy & operations, consulting, or a related function within a SaaS or technology company
- Proven experience building and scaling partner programs from the ground up

- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, including experience supporting or working within consumption-based and usage-based software businesses
- Experience working cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Operations, Enablement, Product, and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from ideation through execution and long-term adoption
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and create structure where none exists
- Passion for fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable growth environments
Bonus Points
- Quantitative background in business, economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, analytics, or a related discipline
- Experience supporting channel, alliance, cloud, or ecosystem partner programs
- Background in SaaS and/or consumption-based software platforms
- Experience building programs that require alignment across commercial, operational, and legal stakeholders

Senior Capture Manager, Federal Systems Integrators - Public Sector
As the Senior Capture Manager, Federal Systems Integrators (FSI), you will lead joint capture and channel coordination across Datadog's federal systems integrator and prime-contractor ecosystem, serving as the connective tissue between those partners and Datadog's internal federal sales teams. You will make sure capture activity happening inside FSI partner organizations is visible to, aligned with, and reinforced by Datadog's own federal sellers, and vice versa, so that partner-led and direct-led motions strengthen a pursuit rather than duplicate or collide with it. The role reports to the Channel & Alliances (C&A) organization and works cross-functionally with federal sales, distribution (Carahsoft, Vertosoft), deal desk, and legal to drive joint capture outcomes on priority federal pursuits.
Travel: Less than 25%
Clearance: An active U.S. government security clearance is preferred but not required. Candidates without an active clearance are encouraged to apply.
At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.
What You'll Do:
- Own the joint-capture strategy and partner alignment for a portfolio of approximately 20 priority federal programs, engaging 12-24 months ahead of RFP release
- Manage each named program as a distinct capture effort, coordinating dedicated engagement across agency stakeholders, FSI partners, and independent software vendors (ISVs)
- Identify requirements, shape acquisition strategy, engage agencies, primes, and partners, and position Datadog ahead of procurement
- Act as the primary liaison between FSI partners and Datadog's internal federal sales teams, ensuring each side knows what the other is doing on a given program
- Build and maintain a documented capture plan for each named program covering mission, stakeholders, funding, acquisition path, competition, partners, Datadog's position, and next milestone
- Identify and resolve channel conflict early, surfacing where a partner-led and direct-led pursuit are converging on the same account or contract vehicle and brokering a single aligned approach
- Partner with distribution (Carahsoft, Vertosoft) to keep pricing, SKU naming, and quoting consistent across contract vehicles, including the GSA Schedule and SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement)
- Coordinate teaming strategy with FSI partners, including how partners team with primes and other systems integrators, and flag most-favored-nation (MFN) or pricing-consistency issues to deal desk before they become customer-facing problems
- Coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs) and sources-sought responses in partnership with federal sales, solutions engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders. This role shapes response strategy and reviews submissions but is not solely responsible for authoring them.
- Advance qualified pursuits through customer discovery, partner teaming, and architectural inclusion, then transfer qualified pursuits to Account Executives (AEs) and Partner Sales Managers (PSMs) for execution
- Build durable working relationships with FSI partner capture and Business Development (BD) leads and with Datadog's federal account teams so coordination happens proactively, not only when escalated
Who You Are:
- 8-10+ years of experience in capture management, channel/alliances, or business development within U.S. federal technology sales, with direct exposure to partner-led (sell-thru) motions through systems integrators or primes
- Experience specifically bridging channel/alliance partners and internal direct sales teams, ideally in a partner-liaison or joint-capture role rather than a standalone direct capture role
- Working knowledge of government contract vehicles (GSA Schedule, SEWP) and how pricing, SKUs, and quoting flow through public sector distributors such as Carahsoft and Vertosoft
- Established relationships with, or experience working alongside, major federal systems integrators and primes
- Working familiarity with cloud infrastructure, observability, cybersecurity, or DevSecOps concepts, sufficient to represent Datadog's technical category credibly with partners and agencies
- Confident resolving channel conflict diplomatically, able to align a partner-side team and an internal federal team on a single approach without either side feeling sidelined
- Able to quickly understand deal structure concepts relevant to multi-partner environments - MFN clauses, teaming agreements, pricing consistency across distributors - and explain them to others verbally and in writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating between partner-facing and internal-facing audiences
Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you're passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.
How Success Is Measured:
This role carries defined leading indicators rather than a direct bookings quota, since captures in this motion typically run 12-24 months before transferring to an AE/PSM for close. Success is measured through capture plan completeness and quality, the rate at which programs advance through discovery, partner teaming, and architectural inclusion, and the portfolio's contribution to qualified sourced pipeline and closed bookings over time. Detailed year-over-year targets are tracked internally as part of the C&A scorecard.
Benefits and Growth:
- Meaningful ownership of high-value federal programs from early shaping through capture, with direct influence on how Datadog wins in the federal market
- New hire stock equity (RSU) and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)
- Continuous professional development, product training, and career pathing
- Sales training in MEDDIC and Command of the Message
- Intra-departmental mentor and buddy program for in-house networking
- An inclusive company culture and the opportunity to join our Community Guilds
- Generous global benefits
Benefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog.
This role carries an 85/15 base-to-MBO pay mix, where MBO refers to Management by Objectives. This is not a quota-carrying position; the MBO component is tied to the leading indicators and outcomes described above. Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Datadog offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental, parental planning, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, and a discounted employee stock purchase plan.

Senior UX Design Developer
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Team: UX Design
Hybrid role blending user experience design and frontend prototyping
At Ping Identity, we believe the best user experiences are designed through exploration, iteration, and hands-on prototyping. We’re looking for a Senior UX Design Developer who thrives at the intersection of design and code—someone equally comfortable designing experiences and bringing them to life in code.
You’ll use code as a design tool—not simply as an implementation medium—to explore ideas, validate interactions, and shape product direction. As design and implementation continue to converge through modern frontend tooling and AI-native workflows, we’re looking for someone excited to help define what that future looks like at Ping Identity.
As part of our UX team, you’ll help shape the experiences customers use to discover, configure, manage, and get the most out of Ping Identity’s products. Working closely with designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers, you’ll transform ideas into interactive prototypes that validate concepts, influence product direction, and help ensure exceptional implementation quality across our products and supporting experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Prototype interactive user experiences in code to explore, communicate, and validate ideas.
- Rapidly prototype workflows, interactions, and usability concepts before implementation.
- Design user experiences for complex enterprise SaaS applications and supporting customer experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and shape product direction.
- Partner with engineering throughout development to ensure designs are implemented with exceptional quality and attention to detail.
- Advocate for design quality by reviewing implementations and helping ensure the final product reflects the original design intent.
- Balance user needs, accessibility requirements, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Use modern design tools to explore concepts, communicate visual design, and contribute to our design system.
- Build prototypes using modern frontend technologies including React, Vue, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system, reusable UI patterns, and coded component libraries.
- Leverage AI-native design and development tools to accelerate ideation, generate realistic prototype data, build interactive experiences, and explore multiple design directions.
- Design and prototype AI-assisted experiences such as conversational interfaces, guided configuration, and intelligent recommendations.
- Champion thoughtful UX practices and contribute to Ping’s growing design culture.
- Provide constructive design feedback and mentor other designers through critique and collaboration.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in UX design, frontend development, or a hybrid design/development role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both thoughtful UX design and interactive coded prototypes.
- Expert proficiency with modern UX design tools and component-based design systems.
- Experience building interactive applications using React, Vue, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, and frontend best practices.
- Experience using code as a prototyping medium—not just for production implementation.
- Experience working with component-based design systems and frontend component libraries.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines.
- Excellent interaction design skills and attention to visual detail.
- Ability to communicate design decisions and technical tradeoffs effectively with designers, engineers, and product managers.
- Experience using AI-native tools and workflows to accelerate design, prototyping, or frontend development.
- Curiosity about emerging interaction patterns for AI-powered products and experiences.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS products.
- Experience in identity, authentication, or cybersecurity.
- Professional experience in both UX design and frontend engineering.
- Experience with AI-native design and development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, v0, or similar.
Why Join Ping Identity?
Identity is foundational to digital security and trust. At Ping Identity, you’ll help create products that enable organizations around the world to securely connect people, applications, and devices.
You’ll join a collaborative UX team that partners closely with Product and Engineering to solve challenging enterprise problems through design, research, rapid prototyping, and modern development practices. If you’re passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences by combining thoughtful design with code—and excited by the possibilities of AI-native workflows—we’d love to hear from you.
