About Ramp
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Team & Role
Ramp's procurement product is changing how companies buy. We've built the fastest intake-to-pay platform on the market. 3x faster than traditional P2P workflows, with AI that automates sourcing, contract extraction, approval routing, and invoice matching in one place. Customers save an average of 16% on vendor spend annually and eliminate 46+ hours of manual purchasing work every month.
As a Procurement Product Activation Manager, you're the person who makes that real for our customers. You'll work directly with CFOs, controllers, and finance operations teams to design, configure, and launch Ramp's procurement product — helping them go from broken, manual buying processes to a streamlined system that their entire company actually uses.
This is not a "follow the playbook" implementation role. You'll be redesigning how companies buy things, which requires equal parts process consulting, product expertise, and relationship management.
🎯 What You'll Do
Own procurement implementation for Commercial and upper Mid-Market accounts from close-won through go-live
Partner with CFOs, finance ops, IT, and legal stakeholders to map existing procurement workflows and design their future-state on Ramp through a change management process
When procurement and Bill Pay are both part of the deal, cover both — procurement is the priority, but you carry Bill Pay activation when it's bundled
Provide structured product feedback to Ramp's Engineering and Product teams based on what you see across implementations — this is a core part of the role
Partner with AEs and AMs when procurement configuration questions come up pre-close or during expansion
🧠 What You Bring
Real procurement depth: you've lived inside procure-to-pay — whether at a company managing purchasing or at a platform like Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, or Ivalua. PO creation, approval routing, invoice matching, and ERP sync aren't concepts you read about; they're things you've configured or managed.
Customer-facing confidence: you run structured discovery, manage calls with multiple decision-makers, and can guide a Controller or AP Manager through a configuration decision without losing their trust
Strong follow-through: multiple implementations running at once, nothing falls through, customers don't have to chase you
Moves fast independently: Ramp's product ships constantly. You don't wait for someone to brief you on a new feature — you find it, figure it out, and update your approach.
Sharp product instincts: you can tell the difference between a user error, a training gap, and a real product limitation — and you say so directly to Engineering and Product, not just "the customer asked for X."
🌟 Nice to Have
Experience at a procurement software company in an implementation, solutions, or customer success role
Familiarity with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems and how they integrate with procurement tools
Consulting background or experience at a company where structured discovery was a core skill. You know how to lead a call and leave with clear requirements
🏆 What Success Looks Like
You're carrying 50–60 active implementations per quarter and customers are hitting go-live on schedule
Your CSM counterparts know what you're working on and why — handoffs are clean, nothing falls through the cracks between implementation and ongoing success
You've built or meaningfully improved at least one internal process — a playbook, a feedback loop with Product, a configuration template — that the team uses after you

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will oversee a book of 60–70 Enterprise customers (500+ employees) and own the long-term relationship, overall account health, and commercial outcomes for your portfolio. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue, driving adoption across Ramp’s product suite, and ensuring customers achieve meaningful business outcomes.
You will build strong relationships at all levels of your customers’ organizations — including operators, directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders — and be skilled at managing evolving needs and product configurations. Internally, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support customer initiatives, coordinate efforts, and contribute insights that help shape Ramp’s product and operational processes.
What You’ll Do
Own a portfolio of ~60–70 Enterprise customers, with clear responsibility for retention, expansion, and ongoing account health
Lead customer conversations across all seniority levels, including operators, finance leadership, and C-suite executives, to ensure alignment and drive strong business outcomes
Manage renewals and growth opportunities end-to-end, from identifying the need to solution design, positioning, and negotiation
Drive adoption and usage by helping customers understand new features, optimize workflows, and fully leverage Ramp’s platform
Create and execute scalable account plans, highlighting areas of risk, opportunity, and long-term strategy
Run regular touchpoints — status calls, optimization reviews, roadmap conversations, and QBRs — to keep customers engaged and successful
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support, CSMs, and Solutions teams to deliver a cohesive and high-quality customer experience
Surface structured feedback to internal teams, helping inform Ramp’s Enterprise roadmap and process improvements
Use data and insights to analyze account performance, spot trends, and communicate value in a clear and practical way
Travel occasionally for customer on-sites, events, and internal summits
What You Need
7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar revenue-focused role
Experience managing Enterprise or large Mid-Market accounts (500+ employees), ideally in a scaled book model
Strong familiarity with Fintech, Payments, Finance/Accounting, or B2B SaaS
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close renewals and upsell opportunities
Comfortable explaining product workflows, integrations, and technical requirements to both financial and technical stakeholders
Ability to articulate financial value — ROI, cost savings, operational efficiency, and modernization impacts
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including comfort working with senior leadership and the C-suite
Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or growth targets in a fast-paced, evolving environment
High level of ownership, adaptability, and comfort working through ambiguity
Willingness to travel as needed
Nice to Haves
Experience in financial services sales or selling to finance teams (e.g., Office of the CFO, controllers, accounting, or expense management)
Experience at a high-growth startup

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp is building out its partner ecosystem, and the Technology Partnerships team sits at the intersection of product, sales, engineering, and our growing network of third-party platforms. As a Channel Partner Manager, you'll turn Ramp's developer platform and embedded finance capabilities into scalable, revenue-generating partnerships with ISVs, embedded finance partners, and strategic tech platforms. You won't just help integrations launch; you'll make them a repeatable engine of partner-driven growth.
You will be expected to source and shape partner opportunities, pitch and close co-build and co-sell agreements, own commercial success metrics, and orchestrate Ramp's internal teams and external partner teams toward meaningful activation and revenue.
What You'll Do
Identify, prioritize, and close high-value ISV and embedded partner opportunities where Ramp can drive meaningful TPV, activation, and revenue
Pitch, negotiate, and close co-build and co-sell agreements with third-party platforms, ISVs, and strategic partners
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, solutions, legal, engineering, and GTM teams to turn partner opportunities into scalable commercial motions
Define partnership success metrics (activated TPV, adoption, retention, partner-driven pipeline, and revenue) and be accountable for delivering against them
Manage senior partner relationships and act as the commercial quarterback between external partner teams and Ramp's product, engineering, sales, and legal teams
Identify integration blockers, ask strong questions, and bring the right Ramp experts into the room — without needing to personally architect every solution
Influence partner roadmaps, product prioritization, and GTM motions based on integration opportunities and ecosystem gaps
What You Need
6+ years of experience and a strong track record in technical sales, BD, alliances, channel partnerships, or strategic platform partnerships with measurable commercial outcomes
Proven commercial instincts: able to identify the right partner wedge, position integrations as strategic value, negotiate agreements, and structure co-sell or embedded distribution motions
Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication flows, and embedded finance primitives
Track record of delivering quantifiable results: activated revenue/volume, partner-driven pipeline, revenue impact, integration adoption, or similar outcomes from commercial partnership roles
Comfort selling to product and engineering leaders, understanding of API-based partnership models, and recognize when technical constraints create business/financial risk
Ability to translate between technical and commercial teams: comfortable discussing APIs, data flows, and implementation tradeoffs, but primarily oriented around deal strategy, partner value, and activation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak confidently with engineers, product teams, sales leaders, and C-suite stakeholders, and translate technical constraints into business implications
Bias toward execution and speed: you move fast, deliver clean work, and push initiatives across teams to completion
Comfort working in ambiguity — you thrive when documentation is incomplete, requirements evolve, and decisions must be made without perfect information
Nice to Haves
Previous experience at a fintech or embedded-finance company
History of working with ERP, accounting, procurement, or spend-management platforms, or building integrations for them
Prior success in co-sell or partner-driven GTM motions
Familiarity with compliance or financial workflows (expense management, reimbursements, vendor payments, bookkeeping, etc.)

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp's Strategic Enterprise CSMs don't manage accounts — they transform how companies run their finances. This is a role for people who have been inside large organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who already use AI the way surgeons use instruments: not occasionally, not as an experiment, but as the default way they work. You'll be embedded in Ramp's largest, most strategic enterprise accounts, responsible for driving genuine workflow transformation — not just onboarding completion.
What You'll Do
Lead enterprise customers through the full transformation journey — from implementation through agentic workflow adoption — with clear accountability for time-to-value and measurable business outcomes
Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line
Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about — close cycle improvement, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI — not just product usage metrics
Run executive-level stakeholder management across multiple layers of a customer org, including C-suite relationships you own independently
Use AI tools daily to prepare for customer calls, build materials, synthesize data, identify account risk, and operate at a pace traditional methods can't match
Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities — positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates
Partner with Account Executives and Technical Consulting to deliver seamless implementations and expand Ramp's footprint within accounts
Bring customer insight back to Product — surfacing patterns, gaps, and opportunities from your accounts to shape how Ramp evolves
Must-Haves
Enterprise change management — You've driven workflow adoption inside complex organizations, navigated real resistance from real stakeholders, and have measurable results to show for it. Finance or fintech context is a plus but not required.
AI fluency as a daily habit — You already use AI tools habitually in your work. You use them to prep for calls, synthesize information, build customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks. This is how you work, not something you're exploring. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment.
Financial impact communication — You can walk a CFO through the business case for a workflow change, connect implementation milestones to P&L outcomes, and run executive updates in financial terms, not product terms. A finance background is not required — fluency is.
Technical acumen — You can hold your own in conversations with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture. You don't need to code, but credibility in technical conversations is what earns you a seat at the table with the full customer stakeholder group.
7+ years in enterprise customer success or implementations — You’ve spent enough time navigating complex organizations and senior stakeholders that it’s second nature. You know how to move an enterprise, not just support one.
Nice-to-Haves
Agentic workflow experience — You've helped customers adopt AI-powered or agentic workflows at scale. You understand what friction looks like in practice and what makes transformation actually stick.
Finance domain depth — Exposure to FP&A, accounting software ecosystems (Netsuite, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero), expense management, or CFO-adjacent workflows. Accelerates credibility with Ramp's customer base.
Demonstrated commercial impact — You can point to expansion, retention, or time-to-value outcomes with specific metrics attached — not described in general terms.
Background at an AI-first or AI transformation company — not just a company that uses AI, but one where rethinking workflows around it was part of the product or culture
High-growth or startup experience (comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change)
C-suite relationships built and maintained independently, without relying on a sales counterpart

About the Role
We’re hiring a strategic, data‑driven leader to shape the future of scaled customer success at Ramp. This role will design, operationalize, and lead programs that activate, retain, and grow 50% of Ramp’s micro‑SMB customers who don’t receive white‑glove 1:1 support, blending strategy, systems, and people leadership to drive impact at scale.
What You'll Do
Own and evolve Ramp’s self‑service onboarding and activation strategy in partnership with Scaled CS leadership, Product, and Growth.
Use data to diagnose activation bottlenecks, build dashboards, run metric reviews, and drive data‑backed recommendations.
Partner with Product to improve activation features and automation that enhance self‑onboarding.
Lead customer education programs at scale: group onboarding trainings, video content, chatbot optimization, and lifecycle communications.
Continuously improve systems and team efficiency through automation, content, and applied AI initiatives.
Design, launch, and iterate scaled CS programs that improve outcomes across thousands of customers.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Scaled Customer Success Managers, each handling ~300 monthly new customers.
Drive team performance across activation, expansion, and CSAT targets while fostering ownership and excellence.
Hire, train, and enable team members on Ramp’s product, customer journey, and playbooks.
Partner cross‑functionally with CS, Sales, Product, Growth, and Data to align scaled strategy with company goals.
What You Need

2+ years of people management experience leading high‑performing CS or operations teams
Proven success building or optimizing scalable programs and processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into dashboards, operational insights, and measurable outcomes
Skilled at cross‑functional leadership and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Growth, Data, Sales, and CS
Nice to Haves
Customer‑facing or quota‑carrying experience with a track record of exceeding goals
Experience building education content, webinars, or scaled training programs
What Success Looks Like
In the first 6 months, this leader will have launched and iterated scaled activation programs that measurably increase self‑serve activation and early retention, established a recurring metrics review with dashboards that surface funnel bottlenecks, and lifted team efficiency and CSAT through process, automation, and content improvements while developing a high‑performing team of 6–8 sCSMs.

About the Role
Ramp's Mid-Market Customer Activation Managers don't manage accounts — they transform how companies run their finances. This is a role for people who have been inside organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who already use AI the way surgeons use instruments: not occasionally, not as an experiment, but as the default way they work. You'll own a book of ~45 mid-market customers, responsible for driving genuine workflow transformation — not just onboarding completion
What You'll do
Lead mid-market customers through the full transformation journey — from implementation through agentic workflow adoption — with clear accountability for time-to-value and measurable business outcomes
Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line
Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about — close cycle improvement, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI — not just product usage metric
Run stakeholder management across multiple layers of a customer org, including finance leadership relationships you own independently
What You'll Need
5+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success, consulting, or implementations with a proven, consistent track record of driving customer outcomes and exceeding goals
Demonstrated ability to drive workflow adoption inside organizations, navigate real resistance from real stakeholders, and produce measurable results; finance or fintech context is a plus but not required
AI fluency as a daily habit — you already use AI tools habitually to prep for calls, synthesize information, build customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks; this is how you work, not something you're exploring
Ability to communicate Ramp's impact in financial terms — walking a controller through the business case for a workflow change, connecting implementation milestones to P&L outcomes, and running executive updates that land with finance leaders
Technical acumen to hold your own in conversations with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture; credibility in technical conversations earns you a seat at the table with the full customer stakeholder group
Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or FinTech companies
Strong collaboration and influencing skills across Sales, Product, Operations, and other GTM teams

Background at an AI-first or AI transformation company where rethinking workflows around AI was part of the product or culture
Management consulting background with structured problem-solving, client management, and the ability to turn ambiguity into a plan
High-growth or startup experience with comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change

About Ramp
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

About the Role
Ramp's Enterprise CSMs don't manage accounts — they transform how companies run their finances. This is a role for people who have been inside large organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who already use AI the way surgeons use instruments: not occasionally, not as an experiment, but as the default way they work. You'll be embedded in Ramp's enterprise accounts, responsible for driving genuine workflow transformation — not just onboarding completion.

Must-Haves
Enterprise change management — You've driven workflow adoption inside complex organizations, navigated real resistance from real stakeholders, and have measurable results to show for it. Finance or fintech context is a plus but not required.
ERP system fluency — You're comfortable working within and around major ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, Sage Intacct, or similar). You understand how these systems structure financial data, where integrations typically break, and how workflow changes ripple through an ERP-centric finance stack. This fluency is what lets you speak credibly to Controllers and finance ops teams about how Ramp fits into their existing systems of record.

About the role
Ramp is building new products that can reshape how finance teams operate. These products begin before the market playbook is obvious: the customer problem is still being sharpened, the product is evolving quickly, and the path from early signal to durable growth must be built.
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, New Products to lead that work. You will be embedded with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages, using customer and market insight to help choose the audience, shape the product, define the story, and build the commercialization and adoption motion.
This is not a launch-calendar or asset-production role. You will own the full business read for the product: customer problem, ICP, positioning, product readiness, launch, pipeline, activation, adoption, retention, proof, and the next product or GTM intervention.
What you'll do
Shape product strategy early. Bring customer, market, and competitive evidence into product decisions before the roadmap is fixed. Help the team identify the wedge, target segment, table stakes, differentiators, and highest-leverage problems to solve.
Find product-market clarity. Define the ICP, buyer, user, jobs to be done, workflow, alternatives, and reasons customers will switch or expand.
Own the product narrative. Build the canonical positioning, messaging, claims, proof, and competitive story. Translate technical and operational complexity into a clear customer value proposition without flattening how the product works.
Design the zero-to-one GTM. Determine how the product should enter the market, including audience, channel, pricing and packaging inputs, sales motion, self-serve motion, launch sequence, and adoption plan.
Lead launches end to end. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, Communications, Support, and other partners around one launch strategy, readiness bar, and set of measurable outcomes.
Build commercialization, not just awareness. Create the programs, enablement, proof, and feedback loops that turn interest into qualified pipeline, activation, retained usage, expansion, and revenue.
Work deeply with Product and Engineering. Understand the product's architecture, data, constraints, and trust model well enough to influence tradeoffs and explain it credibly to both technical and business audiences.
Create the customer learning system. Develop direct relationships with buyers and users, run structured discovery, capture objections and product gaps, and turn what you learn into product and GTM decisions.
Own the business scorecard. Define leading and lagging indicators, build a clear operating read, diagnose what is moving or stuck, and recommend the next intervention.
Build proof and competitive intelligence. Develop customer evidence, use cases, benchmarks, and a current view of the market that improve both product decisions and GTM execution.
Use AI as an operating advantage. Apply AI to research, synthesis, analysis, content development, and repeatable workflows—and help the team raise its standard for speed and quality.
Create the new-products playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking an emerging product from customer signal to product-market clarity, launch, commercialization, and scaled growth.
What you'll need
6+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, product management, growth, strategy, or another product-led GTM function, including significant ownership of a product or business outcome.
Demonstrated zero-to-one experience with a new product, category, platform, or business line—from early customer discovery through launch and adoption.
A record of influencing product strategy using customer, market, competitive, and performance evidence.
Strong customer instincts. You can run discovery, identify the real workflow and buying problem, and separate a loud request from a durable market signal.
Technical and operational fluency. You can learn a complex product, work credibly with Product and Engineering, and explain how it works to different audiences.
Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a sharp product narrative, an executive recommendation, a launch plan, and a sales story that survives contact with customers.
Strong data literacy. You can define and interpret activation, adoption, retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue, and product-usage metrics and turn the findings into a decision.
Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, make tradeoffs, and improve it quickly.
Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows.
Nice to have
Experience in fintech, payments, accounts receivable, accounting, developer tools, data infrastructure, AI, or another technical and workflow-heavy category.
Experience taking a product from incubation through product-market fit and scaled commercialization.
Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions.
Experience contributing to pricing and packaging decisions.
Experience as an early or founding PMM, product manager, founder, or operator in a fast-moving product area.
