Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.
About the role
We're looking for a Billing Support Manager to lead a team of billing agents on the APAC shift while also owning the programs and systems that make the broader billing operation scale. You'll directly manage ~10 agents on your shift (queue health, escalations, coaching, scheduling) AND own org-wide programs like QA frameworks, training, escalation playbooks, and hiring. You'll report to the Billing Manager and work alongside 3 Associate Managers who run the other shifts.
This is a developer tools company: our users are engineers, and our billing team regularly troubleshoots issues that touch subscriptions, usage, and product behavior. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be technically fluent enough to coach agents, review escalations, and work credibly with Product and Engineering. This is a remote role based in the Philippines.
What you’ll do
Your shift (APAC):
Directly manage ~10 billing agents on the APAC shift: queue monitoring, escalations, 1:1s, QA reviews, scheduling
Own your team's performance metrics and coach agents to improve
Handle complex escalations: refund edge cases, Stripe disputes, subscription issues, product bugs
Ensure clean handoffs between your shift and the next
Org-wide programs:
Design and maintain the QA rubric, scoring guides, and calibration process across all shifts
Build and iterate on the training program for new hires and ongoing agent development
Own the escalation playbook: define tiers, create response templates, track resolution patterns
Own the hiring pipeline for billing agents: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
Coach Associate Managers on people management, performance conversations, and strategic thinking
Run performance calibration cycles and make recommendations on promotions, PIPs, and exits
Represent billing operations in conversations with product, engineering, and finance
Own org-wide billing support metrics: TTR, CSAT, QA scores, reopen rates, volume trends
Raise the bar on technical troubleshooting in training and QA: help agents investigate billing issues with appropriate depth (logs, account state, repro steps) before escalating
You may be a fit if
7+ years in customer support operations, at least 2 in a management role overseeing leads or supervisors
You've built operational programs from scratch (QA, training, escalation processes)
Track record of developing people: coached promotions, managed underperformers out, run calibrations
Billing/payments domain experience preferred: Stripe, subscription billing, refunds, disputes
Strong analytical skills: comfortable with data, dashboards, and making decisions from metrics
Experience in high-growth environments where process needs to be built, not just followed
Technical literacy: you understand how developers work and can speak comfortably about common tools and workflows (e.g. Git/GitHub, IDEs, basic debugging). You're not thrown by technical tickets or engineering conversations
Big plus
You've used Cursor or similar AI-native dev tools, or you've supported a developer tools / SaaS engineering product where tickets routinely involved technical investigation
You've coached agents on when an issue is billing vs. product vs. engineering, and how to document repro steps engineers can act on

We are hiring a Manager, Sales Development in London to build and scale a next-generation sales development program at Cursor. This won’t be a traditional SDR team focused on dialing through lists. Instead, this leader will design and run a modern program centered on demand interception, PLG signals, and creative automation experiments in close partnership with Growth and RevOps.
You’ll be responsible for building and scaling a high-velocity team of Account Associates who operate with a builder’s mindset. This team will launch new outbound automation plays, capture and act on signals from our self-serve funnel, and develop repeatable playbooks to convert lower-tier paid users into long-term, high-value customers. Most importantly, you’ll do this while standing up a scalable outbound motion to consistently break into strategic enterprise accounts and drive meaningful evaluations of Cursor.
This is a foundational leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves experimenting with new go-to-market tactics, and is passionate about redefining what sales development can look like.
What You’ll Do
Build and lead a high-performing Account Associate team focused on experimentation and growth
Partner closely with Growth and RevOps to design, launch, and iterate on automation experiments (e.g., LinkedIn outreach, event-based triggers, in-product signals)
Define a playbook for demand interception and signal-based selling, rather than traditional cold outbound
Recruit and coach Account Associate candidates with high slope and curiosity, fostering an inclusive and innovative culture
Develop operational rigor: build feedback loops, define “what good looks like,” and translate learnings into clear activity metrics
Ensure Account Associates are trained to handle brief discovery calls and guide customers through early product value realization
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to identify and activate creative campaign ideas based on product usage signals
Nurture a talent pipeline for sales and the rest of the business
What We’re Looking For:
3-4+ years of SDR management experience, ideally with prior AE closing experience, and a proven ability to design new motions and test unconventional or innovative go-to-market tactics.
Strong operational mindset – ability to design experiments, track performance, and systematize learnings
Comfort with ambiguity and excitement about breaking the traditional sales development mold
Curiosity about AI and ability to translate technical product signals into GTM actions
Experience coaching and developing early-career or career-switching talent; passion for hiring non-traditional profiles and building diverse teams
Bonus: exposure to AI products, growth automation tools, or hybrid sales/growth roles

Perplexity is scaling at a pace few companies ever experience, and talent is the surface where our biggest bets get won or lost. We're hiring a Program Manager to sit at the center of that motion, owning the mission-critical, cross-functional programs that shape how we plan, prioritize, and hire.
This is a uniquely visible seat, reserved for operators who thrive in ambiguity and have a track record of driving companywide initiatives to measurable outcomes. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with recruiting leadership, executives, and cross-functional partners to architect the systems, operating rhythms, and decision-making frameworks that let the company move faster and with more clarity. When a complex, high-stakes program needs an owner, you're the person leadership turns to.
What You'll Do
Own Perplexity's most consequential talent programs end-to-end, from ambiguous mandate to shipped outcome
Partner directly with executives and recruiting leadership to turn strategy into programs with clear owners, milestones, and accountability
Drive cross-functional initiatives across Recruiting, People, Finance, and business leadership, aligning stakeholders and clearing blockers before they escalate
Design the operating cadence of the org: planning cycles, prioritization, reporting rhythms, and executive updates that keep leadership decisive
Build the systems, tooling, and workflows that let recruiting scale, automating the repetitive so human judgment goes to the highest-leverage work
Stand up the metrics and dashboards that turn hiring data into faster, sharper decisions
Anticipate risk on the highest-visibility programs, communicate crisply under pressure, and drive to resolution when priorities shift
Set the bar for program excellence and codify repeatable playbooks the rest of the company can adopt
What You Bring
7+ years of program or project management experience, including ownership of companywide, mission-critical initiatives
Direct experience partnering with and presenting to executives on high-stakes, cross-functional work
Track record of driving ambiguous programs to measurable outcomes in fast-paced, rapidly scaling environments
Operational rigor. You build order out of chaos and design systems that outlast you
Strong analytical instincts, with the ability to structure messy data into clear direction for leadership
Sharp communication and stakeholder judgment, with the discretion to operate on sensitive, high-visibility work
A builder's mindset and a bias for action, aligned with Perplexity's ethos of building what hasn't been built before
Recruiting, talent, or People-org program experience is a plus, but we're optimizing for the best operators first

Perplexity is revolutionizing how the world gets work done, and we do it alongside some of the most important companies in the world. We are seeking a PMM focused on Partnerships to formally build that function from the ground up. You will become the face that some of Perplexity's most important partners rely on, and the person who makes our joint moments land.
This is a 0>1 role with executive exposure from day one. It has two sides. You are the relationship owner who partners trust and internal teams turn to, and you are the program manager who keeps every joint launch, event, and campaign on the rails. You'll work directly with teams across comms, product marketing, sales, and product, owning how Perplexity and its partners show up to the world together.
If you learn fast, thrive in ambiguity, and build trust with the biggest companies in the world instinctively, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Own Perplexity's partner marketing function end to end, from joint strategy through campaign execution and reporting
Build annual joint marketing plans with our most important partners, with committed pipeline and revenue targets, and run the QBR cadence that keeps both sides accountable to them
Ensure Perplexity and our partners are both accountable. Execute, driving joint marketing ideas from concept to shipped and following through so commitments turn into real activity, not slideware
Own the joint value proposition and narrative, crafting the "better together" story so it is aligned across both companies, resonates with buyers, and is mutually beneficial
Execute full-funnel co-marketing with and through partners, including joint webinars, events, ABM, content syndication, email, and digital campaigns
Build partner enablement assets, including co-branded content, solution briefs, pitch decks, joint case studies, and campaign-in-a-box kits, so partner teams can sell and market with us at scale
Coordinate launch moments and joint announcements, amplifying Perplexity product launches and major industry moments through the ecosystem
Instrument measurement and attribution, tracking partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in CRM, and reporting ecosystem impact to leadership.
Align the field, making sure Perplexity sales and Customer Success know about, trust, and activate partner programs so they stick
Act as connective tissue between Partnerships and BD, PMM, Demand Generation, Sales, and Comms, and serve as the primary marketing counterpart to our partners' marketing teams
Maintain strong relationships in partner organizations and Perplexity across diverse organizations
What we're looking for
5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in partner, alliance, or ecosystem marketing
Proven track record running joint go-to-market with technology and ISV partners, cloud providers, or system integrators, and shipping campaigns that generated real pipeline
A closer on accountability, with the operating discipline to build a plan, hold two organizations to it, and drive follow-through when commitments slip
Strong storyteller who can craft a joint narrative that is crisp, differentiated, and credible to buyers and executives on both sides
Full-funnel campaign operator fluent across webinars, events, ABM, content, and digital, comfortable executing hands-on rather than only directing
Analytically rigorous, with experience setting up attribution and reporting partner-sourced and influenced pipeline; comfortable in CRM and revenue operation tools
Excellent relationship builder who can be trusted while representing Perplexity's interests to partners
Autonomous self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds the playbook rather than waiting for one, and operates with urgency in a high-growth environment

About Supabase
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
More than 10 million developers build on it, from solo founders shipping over a weekend to teams and builders via Vercel, Lovable and Stripe, and every one of them reaches Supabase through a surface: an API, an auth flow, an SDK, or a Partner's product with Supabase integrated.
The current and next wave of software leans on those surfaces harder than any before it.
Agents now act on behalf of developers and end users, authentication has to work machine-to-machine as seamlessly as it once worked human-to-human, and independent platforms increasingly need to authenticate, delegate, and coordinate with each other without a person in the loop. For a platform built on Postgres with Auth, Compute, Storage and generated Data APIs at its core, the surfaces where Supabase meets Partners and their systems are some of the most important avenues that we own - this role owns these surfaces.
This role owns a focused portfolio of those Partners. Not the platform as a whole, but a small number of strategic Partners whose integrations you are accountable for making excellent. Success here is a product measure, not a commercial one: the integration is high quality, the developers who use it are well served, and it keeps improving. That means living close to those developers, obsessing over where the integration fails them, and turning what you learn into the roadmap. It is a product and engineering job first, because the best integrations are won in architecture reviews and pull requests, not in meetings.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Owning the success of a focused portfolio of strategic Partners, a small number of them rather than the platform as a whole. You are accountable for the outcome of each partnership: a high-quality integration that the developers who use it reach for, and that keeps getting better.
Living close to the developers who use these integrations. Talking to them constantly, finding where each integration breaks down in real use, and building the roadmap from that signal rather than from a Partner's wishlist.
Deciding the right integration model for each Partner: what Supabase owns, what the Partner owns, what you build jointly, and what stays open and Partner-agnostic, reading whether the two roadmaps run together or diverge and choosing accordingly.
Working hands-on with each Partner's product and engineering counterparts to ship. Holding your own in an architecture review and a code-level design discussion, and turning strategy into shipped, high-quality integrations rather than long conversations.
Setting the quality bar for what a great integration looks like, and building the mechanisms (documentation, tooling, guardrails, versioning) that hold every Partner to it as adoption scales.
Defining what success looks like for each integration and measure it honestly: adoption by the developers who use it, integration quality, and reliability in real use. Using those signals to decide how deep to go with each Partner and where to push the integration next.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 7+ years of product management on developer tools, or are an ex-founder with strong product instincts, and are technical enough to read an architecture doc, follow a design discussion, and ask the right questions.
Are based in the San Francisco Bay Area. While we hire globally for almost all roles, this role requires being located near SF.
Have shipped integration or platform surfaces that other companies' systems build against, owning APIs, auth or identity flows, or developer-facing platform surfaces end to end, and can reason at the product level about how two independent systems should authenticate and exchange data: where to be open, where to be strict, and where trust lies in these integrations. Familiarity with more recent primitives like workers/agent sandboxes and developer-tooling products, or with machine-to-machine authentication, is a bonus.
Are biased toward speed, and would rather ship something imperfect (but secure) while learning than spend another month polishing a spec.
Build with what you own, using the surfaces on your roadmap the way a Partner would: standing up an auth flow, calling the Data API, deploying a database, wiring Supabase into another product. You form opinions through first-hand use.
Comfortable using AI tools to compress the slower parts of the role, like research, drafting, and synthesising feedback, so you spend more time on judgment calls.
Work async by default. Supabase is fully remote, so you make decisions in writing and move work forward without meetings.
What We Offer
Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
About the Team
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Supabase is the open-source Postgres development platform that 10M+ developers and thousands of enterprises depend on every day. We're hiring a Branching PM to own the whole path a change takes from a laptop to production: local development with the CLI, migrations and seed data, configuration as code, an isolated branch per pull request, the GitHub integration that tests it, and the promotion to production. Agents now drive a growing share of this workflow: they open branches in parallel, run migrations constantly, and need feedback in seconds. The path has to hold for people and agents alike.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Talking to customers across the full spectrum. Indie developers running the CLI for the first time, startups wiring up a branch per pull request, platforms that provision environments on Supabase for millions of their own end users, and enterprise teams who need a documented route from development to staging to production. They ask for features. You find the need behind the ask, and those needs set the roadmap.
Making the pieces feel like one workflow. The CLI, migrations, seeds, configuration, branches, and Git integration have to land on developers as one path. You decide where one tool ends and the next begins, and the mental model is yours to defend.
Owning the outcome of each launch, and defining how it's measured before it ships. The metric, the threshold, and the read afterwards are yours: time to a developer's first migration, branch adoption, the share of teams shipping through a reviewed workflow. Shipping starts the measurement, and the read decides the next call.
Owning the problem statement and the commercial shape behind every bet. You capture the customer evidence, name the constraints (provisioning latency, compute capacity, cost per environment, how much production data an environment can hold), and set each target at how good it needs to be. Every environment costs compute, so you decide what stays free to win a developer and what a company pays for.
Deciding what gets built, what gets deferred, and what gets cut. Every quarter you're choosing between local development ergonomics, partner platforms that run their whole user base on this workflow, enterprise release requirements, and the infrastructure work that all of it runs on. You know the path's SLOs and what spending the error budget costs the roadmap. The priorities are yours to defend, and the written non-scope settles most mid-flight asks.
Keeping engineering, design, and leadership aligned. Your roadmap runs through compute, storage, the CLI, the dashboard, and the GitHub integration. You write it down, surface dependencies before they become blockers, and keep decisions moving.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
Have 7+ years of product management experience on developer tools, or you're an ex-founder with strong product instincts. Technical here means hands-on: you follow a design discussion, get into the code when the answer lives there, with or without AI assistance, and form your requirements from what the system actually does.
You've shipped developer-workflow products. You've owned at least one of local development tooling, migrations, CI/CD, ephemeral or preview environments, or Git-integrated deploys. You understand the tradeoffs well enough to judge them: what belongs in a CLI vs. a dashboard, schema-only environments vs. environments with data, copy-on-write clones vs. dump-and-restore, why branching is cheap and merging stateful systems isn't, and how much of a workflow can live in a config file before developers stop reading it. Familiarity with the Postgres ecosystem (migrations, extensions, tooling) is a bonus.
You're biased toward action. You break big bets into pieces that ship early, treat each release as a test of your assumptions, and deliver carefully enough that this quarter's launch doesn't become next quarter's support burden. You measure speed by how fast the outcome arrives.
You build with what you own. You run the workflow yourself: a project running locally, migrations and seeds under version control, a branch opened off a pull request, and a promotion to production you'd trust on a Friday.
You use AI to move faster. You reach for AI tools to cut the slow parts and spend the time you save on judgment calls.
You work async by default. You make decisions in writing and move threads forward without meetings.

About the Role
We’re hiring the first Technical Program Manager to join a newly formed Technical Program Management function, reporting to the Head of TPM. This is a founding role, you’ll help design and build how strategic, cross-functional work gets delivered across a global organization. TPMs at Supabase own the connective tissue between teams and between functions, managing the dependencies of our largest programs, and author and maintain/improve the standard of using Linear. This role is a strong fit for someone who has a genuine curiosity about ambiguous, complex problems, is self-directed and has conviction in their craft.
What You'll Be Responsible for
Parter with Engineering, Product, Design (EPD) and other stakeholder to structure and drive complex, cross-team initiatives; clarifying scope and value, securing commitment across a distributed organization, setting timelines, and leading activities from design through launch.
Design systems by building the tracking, reporting, and escalation mechanisms that surface risk and progress.
Build process to ensure launch readiness is predictable, consistent and coordinated across all cross-functional participants.
Ask the questions that clarify priority and scope, giving async teams the context to keep building and unblocking.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and maintain transparency into program goals, commitments, risk and delivery quality, primarily through clear written communication.
Identify bottlenecks before they become blockers, develop options to resolve them, and clearly communicate the trade-offs that each option carries.
Map dependencies and relationships across projects and teams, coordinating delivery across groups that don’t share reporting lines.
Keep Engineering, Product, and Design accountable for their own delivery outcomes while you track, surface risk, and unblock.
Develop technical and domain fluency to be an active and credible member of the delivery team and triad.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
Have 7+ years of experience in technical program management for software, SaaS or systems development environments
A track record of leading large-scale, cross-team software delivery programs to successful completion.
Comfort operating in a fully remote, async-first environment
The ability to communicate clearly and quickly build credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
The ability to influence and drive outcomes through others where no direct reporting relationship exists.
Strong attention to detail and a bias toward execution, grounded in data rather than opinion
Have strong technical fluency to self-identify risk in a plan and hold your own with senior engineers on architecture and dependencies.
Experience with Linear, Jira, or equivalent tooling at scale.

About Supabase
Supabase is the open-source backend platform trusted by millions of developers to build web apps, SaaS products, and AI-native applications. Our Partnerships team works across the ecosystem - technology partners, cloud platforms, VCs, accelerators, and startup programs - to make Supabase the default backend for the next generation of companies.
About the Role
We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to bring our partner ecosystem to life through enablement, events, and programs to raise awareness of Supabase's value proposition to early stage startups. You'll own the materials, playbooks, and activations that help our partners - VCs, accelerators, incubators and entrepreneurship programs - successfully promote and build with Supabase. That includes organizing Supabase's presence at partner and VC-related events, running office hours, hackathons and VIP dinners, and turning relationships into repeatable, high-impact programs.
This role sits on the Partnerships team and reports to the Head of Startups, working closely with teammates across the startup program, GTM, developer relations, and marketing. Because the bulk of our events and partner activity is concentrated in San Francisco and the Bay Area, we strongly prefer candidates based there who can regularly attend and host events in person. It's a great fit for someone who loves the operational craft of enablement and programs and wants to work at the intersection of startups, venture, and developer tools.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain partner enablement materials - decks, one-pagers, playbooks, and activation guides - that help partners across the ecosystem promote and build with Supabase
Manage the operational cadence of partner programs: collaborating on strategy, tracking activations, and keeping program logistics running smoothly across partner types
Organize Supabase's presence at partner and VC-related events — demo days, founder summits, portfolio workshops, partner conferences — including sourcing and preparing speakers for talks and panels
Plan and run Supabase hackathons end-to-end: partner coordination, logistics, sponsorships, judging, prizes, promotion, and post-event follow-through
Coordinate cross-functionally with the Partnerships, Startups, GTM, DevRel, Events and Marketing teams to align enablement and event activity with pipeline goals
Measure and report on program impact — signups, credit redemptions, partner-sourced pipeline, and event outcomes
Identify new enablement and program opportunities across the partner ecosystem and bring proposals with clear ROI to the team
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in partner enablement, program management, event marketing, or partner marketing - ideally in developer tools, startups, or venture ecosystems
A track record of running events (hackathons, meetups, conferences, or workshops) from planning through post-event reporting
Strong project management instincts: you keep many moving pieces on track without dropping details
Comfort working and communicating with external stakeholders - technology partners, VCs, accelerators, community leaders - and representing the company professionally
Clear written and verbal communication; you can produce polished enablement materials and brief a speaker with equal ease
A bias toward measurement: you instinctively ask "did this move the needle?" and build metrics-based reporting to answer it
Comfortable in a fast-moving, remote-first environment with a high degree of autonomy
Based in (or willing to relocate to) the San Francisco Bay Area, with availability for regular in-person events, including occasional evenings and weekends
Nice to Have
Familiarity with the developer tools landscape, AI infrastructure, and/or hands-on experience with databases like Supabase, Postgres, or similar products
Experience working with startup accelerators (e.g., YC, Techstars) or VC platform teams
Background in developer community or DevRel-adjacent work
Experience with CRM and marketing tools (esp. HubSpot) for tracking program performance
How You'll Succeed in the Role
Build the core “menu” of events and enablement playbook the Partnerships team will use with every partner going forward
Ship repeatable events and major partner activations with strong attendance and measurable signups
Establish reporting that ties enablement and event activity to partner-sourced pipeline
Why Supabase
Fully remote team with flexible working hours
Work directly with the world's top VCs, accelerators, and fastest-growing startups
High ownership: this is a new role you get to shape
Competitive compensation and equity

About Supabase
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
Start in minutes with a fully managed, scalable Postgres database and a suite of tools that eliminate the complexity of backend development. Use one or use all—Supabase gives teams the flexibility of open source with the speed and simplicity of a modern platform, so they can move fast without sacrificing control.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Strategic Partner Manager to lead our strategic relationships with top AI labs and builders.
We’re looking for one of two candidate profiles for this role:
Partner Solutions Architect background in previous roles. You’re a technical SME and know how to build relationships with Product/Engineering and Partnerships stakeholders and can navigate a large partner organization
Traditional partner management background working with a top-five partner at a high-growth infrastructure technology company. You know how to navigate a large partner organization and go deep with the partner to build integrations, run co-marketing, execute joint GTM initiatives, build relationships across all levels within the partner org, and conduct QBRs.
You’ll lead 2–3 strategic partner relationships and serve as Supabase’s quarterback, driving co-build (product integration), co-market, and relationship-building across all levels of the partner organization. This includes facilitating executive touchpoints and running quarterly business reviews. This is a highly visible, execution-oriented role: you’ll work directly with partners to ship integrations, launch joint GTM motions, and drive measurable product adoption.
You’ll own your partner set end-to-end — from technical scoping and launch through post-launch growth — working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Data to turn partnerships into real business outcomes.
This is a high-visibility IC role with direct impact on product adoption, ecosystem expansion, and revenue.
This is a build and scale integration partnerships role.
You’ll be expected to operate with a lot of ownership and little process at the start.
If you enjoy writing the playbook and running it in-market, this role will be a good fit.
What You’ll Do
Partner Strategy & Ownership
Own and grow 2-3 strategic partnerships for Supabase
Develop and execute joint GTM plans with defined KPIs (0 to 1 in wins, ARR, pipeline, integrations, adoption)
Execute expansion opportunities including co-marketing events, co-sell motions, and joint GTM initiatives
Revenue & Pipeline Development
Drive sourced and influenced pipeline through partner relationships
Enable Sales teams with partner positioning, playbooks, and introductions
Collaborate with partners on co-selling opportunities and enterprise deals
Cross-Functional Execution
Work closely with Product and Engineering on integration roadmaps and technical alignment
Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with Marketing (launches, webinars, hackathons, case studies, events)
Support partner enablement through training, documentation, and ongoing engagement
Partner Management & Relationships
Build strong relationships across all levels within the partner organization (from Product/Eng to SA to executives)
Track and report on partner performance metrics (ARR, usage, activation, pipeline)
Maintain accurate forecasting and partnership health dashboards
Identify issues/risks and proactively drive resolution
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or platform strategy at a developer tools, cloud, or infrastructure company
Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and modern data / infra stacks
Demonstrated experience shipping integrations and growing them post-launch
Experience owning partners end-to-end: sourcing, technical alignment, negotiation, launch, and growth
Commercially minded: comfortable with deal structures, revenue models, forecasting, and KPIs
Clear, concise communicator who can align Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Highly organized operator who can build programs from scratch and iterate quickly
Comfortable operating in ambiguity in a fast-moving, open-source-first environment
Data-driven and outcome-oriented
Startup experience is a plus

Partnerships Manager, Ecosystem
About Supabase
Supabase is the Postgres development platform built for developers. We provide a complete backend solution — Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search — all deeply integrated and designed to scale. Millions of developers build on Supabase. We're remote-first, async-native, and we move fast.
About the Role
We're growing our partnerships function and looking for a Partnerships Manager to own a critical slice of it. This isn't a traditional partnerships role. You'll be part operator, part partner manager — owning the systems that keep our partner ecosystem running while managing a book of partners end-to-end.
You'll inherit a functional operational foundation and be expected to extend it, improve it, and take ownership of the long-tail partner pipeline. You're the kind of person who gets handed something, makes it better without being asked, and represents Supabase externally with confidence from day one.
What You'll Do
Partner Management
Run the long-tail partner pipeline autonomously — follow up, qualify, nurture, and keep deals moving
Manage partners post-onboarding: co-marketing coordination, integration support, adoption tracking, co-sell and account mapping
Be the primary point of contact for a book of partners, representing Supabase in external conversations
Spot trends in the developer ecosystem and flag new partnership opportunities proactively
Partner Operations & Systems
Own and extend the operational backbone of our partner program — partner intake, onboarding workflows, billing coordination, and tracking systems
Identify process gaps and build solutions before they become problems — we don't want someone who waits to be told what to fix
Maintain clean data hygiene across partner records, agreements, and revenue attribution
Work fluently across our internal tool stack including Supabase, Notion, AI-assisted workflows, and no-code automation tools
Who You Are
You have 3–6 years of experience in Partnerships, referral marketing, or channel sales
Domain expertise — you've worked at or with an ISV, database company, or inside an app marketplace ecosystem. You understand how developers evaluate and adopt infrastructure tooling, and you've seen how partner programs operate from the inside
Track record of driving co-marketing, co-sell, and referral campaigns that delivered real results, with a solid grasp of how attribution gets tracked and reported
Self-directed and externally credible — you run your own process, close your own loops, and represent Supabase in partner conversations without needing backup.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with product-led growth — you've worked alongside a PLG motion and understand how self-serve adoption, usage-based triggers, and developer community intersect with a commercial partnership layer
Prior experience at an early stage startup — you've worn multiple hats, built something from scratch, and know what it feels like when process doesn't exist yet
Experience building side projects or prototypes using Supabase in conjunction with AI powered tools, such as Lovable, Bolt, Figma, v0, etc

About Supabase
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the Role
We're looking for Engineering Managers to lead engineering teams across Supabase. Teams range from developer-facing surfaces, core backend services, Platform, EngOps, and Databases.
This is a single pipeline for engineering management. As we get to know your background, we'll match you to the team where your experience and interests overlap most strongly. The Engineering Manager is a people, delivery, and technical role. Although we don’t expect managers to contribute to code directly, we do expect you to participate in design discussions and to be involved in setting the bar for engineering quality and best practices.
This is a new role at Supabase. We've historically optimised for technical excellence on every axis, including leadership. As our engineering org grows, people leadership has become just as critical, and the Engineering Manager role exists to reflect that. You'll be shaping what this role looks like from day one.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Team & People
Build a healthy, high-trust team culture in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
Run 1:1s, performance management, career development, and onboarding for your direct reports.
Handle people admin (leave, time off, etc.) for your team.
Hiring
Own the hiring plan for your team and act as Hiring Manager. First round of interviewer for all roles on the team.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to source, interview, and close strong candidates.
Contribute to headcount planning, org design, and the evolution of engineering leadership at Supabase.
Delivery & Roadmap
Own the team's roadmap and project management (Linear), driving accountability and clear milestones.
Manage workflow intake and Slack triage. These are the team’s primary inboxes for cross-team requests. You decide what gets routed where, prioritized, or pushed back on.
Own the team's weekly updates and keep stakeholders aligned without creating overhead.
Organize effort against support tickets and maintain the team's SLO.
Surface risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early and clearly to leadership.
Incident Commander
Train as an Incident Commander. Drive coordination, resolution, and post-incident follow-up.
Lead blameless post-incident reviews
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
Have 5+ years of engineering background, with enough depth to be credible with engineers building complex systems.
Have 3+ years managing remote engineering teams.
Have managed engineering teams at a cloud, SaaS, or developer tools company. Experience with developer tools or databases is a strong preference, but we'll consider any sufficiently technical background where you can demonstrate the ability to ramp on a new domain.
Have managed remote, globally distributed teams that work asynchronously across disparate time zones.
Are technical enough to be credible with strong engineers, but genuinely passionate about people management. This is the work you want to do, not a track you're settling for.
Build psychological safety and a feedback culture: you give feedback often and in the moment, ask for it back, and create space for the team to do the same.
Operate as a multiplier. Focused on helping individuals achieve more than they could alone, not on being the best technical voice in the room.
Coach rather than direct. Remove blockers, connect people to context and resources, and trust your engineers to own how the work gets done.
Have a real track record of performance management and can speak to specific examples of difficult conversations and how you navigated them.
Are comfortable with ambiguity and capable of building structure where there isn't much.
Communicate clearly and write well. You're default async, default written, set context proactively, and surface risks early.
Are collaborative, low-ego, and adaptable. You thrive working with high-autonomy, senior ICs who have strong technical opinions and don't need to be the smartest person in the room.
What We Offer

#Remote, Anywhere
Supabase is the open-source Postgres development platform that 7M+ developers and thousands of enterprises depend on every day. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the role
We’re hiring a Product Manager to own the platform primitives every Supabase product runs on, including internal features like compute, disks, networking, and the API gateway, and external features like read replicas, custom domains, PrivateLink, and Bring Your Own Cloud.
What you'll be responsible for:
Talk to customers across the full spectrum. Indie developers running a single nano project, fast-growing startups whose costs are dominated by compute and disk, enterprises walking through a network-architecture review, and partners building on top of Supabase. Find the real blockers and bring them back to the roadmap.
Own the problem statement and requirements behind every platform bet. Capture the customer evidence behind each decision, name the cost, capacity, and reliability constraints, and give the team a target it can hit.
Decide what gets built, what gets deferred, and what gets cut. Every quarter you're choosing between enterprise unlocks blocking deals, reliability and cost wins for the long tail of projects, and net-new capabilities that change what Supabase can run. Set the priorities and defend them.
Define how each launch is measured before it ships. Set the metric, agree on the threshold, and track it after launch. Know whether a feature moved enterprise deal velocity, project economics, or platform reliability. Use that to sharpen the next call.
Keep engineering, design, and leadership aligned. The platform touches every other Supabase product, every region, and every customer tier. Write the roadmap, surface dependencies before they become blockers, and keep decisions moving.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have 7+ years of product management experience on developer tools, or an ex-founder with strong product instincts. You're technical enough to dive in: read an architecture doc, follow a design discussion, ask the right questions.
Have shipped cloud infrastructure as a product. You've owned at least one of compute, networking, storage, or multi-region/multi-tenant systems at a cloud, infra, or PaaS company. You understand the tradeoffs well enough to judge them: instance sizing and capacity, disk and storage economics, scale-to-zero vs. always-on, single-tenant vs. shared, the gap between "works in one region" and "works in twenty." Familiarity with how enterprises buy infrastructure (PrivateLink, BYOC, procurement) is a bonus.
Are biased toward speed. You'd rather ship something imperfect and learn than spend another sprint refining a spec.
Build with what you own. You run real workloads on the products you own: standing up a read replica, putting a custom domain in front of a project, terminating traffic through PrivateLink, deploying onto BYOC.
Use AI to move faster. You use AI tools to cut the slow parts so more time goes to judgment calls.
Work async by default. You make decisions in writing and move threads forward without meetings.
