What you will do:

Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Deep experience with SIEM platforms and detection pipelines, SOC workflows (alert triage, investigation, response), endpoint security (EDR/MDR), and the deployment and tuning of security controls in live customer environments.
- Expert knowledge of the developer and DevOps ecosystems and application security best practices.
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related security tools and technologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The Role
We're looking for a staff+ engineer, backend-leaning but comfortable full-stack, to join one of Plasma's engineering teams and take ownership of that team's hardest technical problems. Our stack is TypeScript across the board - Node.js on the backend and React + React Native for the frontend
You are expected to set technical direction for your team's most critical systems, while partnering with product and, where relevant, other teams at the points where your systems connect.
The Work
Own the hardest technical problems inside your team end to end - the ones that need deep judgment, not just execution.

About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, growth-minded Business Analyst to join our Sales Engineering Operations team within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) sector of cybersecurity. We are supporting a leading provider of smart building and energy management solutions in recruiting a Trend BMS Engineer to join their growing technical team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative building automation technologies that help organisations improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions and optimise building performance.
We're looking for an experienced Trend BMS Engineer who can confidently manage, maintain and optimise Building Management Systems while providing exceptional technical support to customers. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions, troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of intelligent building technologies.
Candidates must have experience of: - Trend Building Management Systems (essential)
- Configuring and maintaining IQ Vision (essential)
- Using SET to maintain Trend BMS systems
- Exporting Trend data into third-party systems
- Analysing system performance and identifying improvements
- HVAC systems and building automation technologies
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Working with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable experience: - Tridium
- EDPAC
- ModBus
- BACnet
- Facilities Management or Building Services environments
