This is a high-impact opportunity to shape search visibility for an emerging B2B category at the intersection of digital risk, reputation, and AI-powered discovery.
You will own the strategy across traditional search, answer engines, and generative search platforms.
The role goes beyond traffic generation, connecting search performance directly to leads, revenue, customer trust, and business growth.
You will experiment with how content, entities, sources, citations, and reviews influence AI-generated answers.
Working closely with PR, reputation management, content, and growth teams, you will create an integrated search ecosystem.
You will also establish analytics, develop new methodologies, and contribute to R&D in rapidly evolving search technologies.
This role is ideal for a hands-on SEO professional who enjoys experimentation, ownership, and building something from the ground up.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute an integrated SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy focused on B2B Digital Risk Protection, with clear links between search visibility, business impact, revenue, deals, and trust.
- Build search strategies around commercial and business-oriented intent, developing semantic frameworks that address how digital risk affects organizations rather than relying solely on informational queries.
- Optimize content and digital assets for traditional search engines as well as AI-generated answers across platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Influence how the organization and its offerings are interpreted by AI systems through strategic use of entities, authoritative sources, citations, content, and review ecosystems.
- Support the development of case studies, analytics pages, product content, and other assets by providing strategic briefs based on user intent and business objectives.
- Collaborate with PR, SERM, content, and related teams to establish a unified framework connecting search, AI visibility, media coverage, and online reviews.
- Build a comprehensive measurement system covering search and AI visibility, branded and non-branded performance, lead generation, and contribution to commercial opportunities.
- Formulate hypotheses, run experiments, analyze outcomes, and continuously refine SEO, AEO, and GEO approaches based on data and observed results.
- Lead R&D initiatives into emerging search technologies, experimental optimization techniques, and the mechanisms influencing AI-generated responses.
- Explore non-standard SEO approaches and contribute to building organizational expertise in a developing category where new methodologies are still being established.
- 3+ years of professional SEO experience, preferably within B2B, international, or other complex digital environments.
- Strong understanding of search engine mechanics, ranking factors, semantic search, technical optimization, and content SEO.
- Hands-on experience developing semantic cores and using SEO tools and analytics platforms to guide strategy and measure performance.
- Experience with advanced SEO techniques such as drop domains, PBNs, outreach, and automation tools such as Zennoposter.
- Proven ability to approach SEO systematically and connect search initiatives to broader business growth objectives.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to formulate hypotheses, conduct experiments, interpret results, and defend strategic decisions.
- Proactive mindset and genuine interest in emerging search technologies, AI-powered discovery, and evolving optimization practices.
- Demonstrated ownership of results, with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Strong international SEO experience and the ability to operate effectively across global markets.
- Experience with GEO/AEO, SERM or reputation management, US/EU markets, B2B SaaS or fintech, review platforms, or SEO-focused R&D and experimentation is a strong advantage.
- Full-time remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
- Flexible working hours, with weekday availability expected between 10:00 and 19:00 Moscow Time.
