About Supabase
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the Role
We're looking for a Developer Relations Engineer based in London to join our team and help more developers discover, learn, and build with Supabase. You'll create high-impact content, build real-world projects, and represent Supabase across communities and events. If you're equally energized by writing code and teaching others, this is the role for you.
Why This Role Matters
Supabase is growing fast with 350,000+ developers, 1,000+ OSS contributors, and a thriving open source ecosystem. Our users are builders, startup founders, weekend hackers, and engineers scaling to millions of users. DevRel is how we meet them where they are: through content, community, and code.
We're building a community of communities that brings together developers from many backgrounds, including first-time open source contributors. As a DevRel Engineer, you'll be a bridge between Supabase and the broader developer ecosystem, helping people get started, go deep, and feel connected.
What You'll Do
Make content — Publish compelling technical content, especially video, to help developers learn Supabase quickly
Build demos and tutorials — Ship real-world apps using Supabase and tools like Next.js, React, and Stripe. Write guides that others can follow and remix
Represent Supabase — Speak at meetups, livestream builds, and engage with the developer ecosystem. You'll be a visible and trusted voice of the platform
Support and grow the community — Celebrate contributors, answer questions, highlight cool projects, and bring developer feedback to the team
Collaborate across the company — Work with engineering, product, and growth to amplify launches, prioritize content, and reduce friction for new users
You Might Be a Good Fit If
You've built full-stack apps and enjoy sharing your knowledge
You create content that makes people want to open their code editor
You're equally comfortable writing a video script and TypeScript
You're energized by community whether it's on Discord, Twitter, YouTube, or in person
You're self-directed, organized, and excited to contribute to open source
Requirements
This role is based in London to support regular in-person DevRel video shoots, attend local events, and be an active presence in the London tech ecosystem.
Strong engineering skills, especially with JavaScript or TypeScript, Postgres, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Svelte, Vue, etc.)
Experience creating technical content (written or video)
Comfortable representing a product publicly (on camera, on stage, or online)
Bonus Points If You Have
A growing audience on YouTube, Twitch, or Twitter
Prior experience in DevRel or open source
Have used (and loved) Supabase
What We Offer
Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
Professional Development

Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the Role
Supabase's Partnerships function spans several sub-functions — Integration Partners, Solution Partners, Cloud, Marketplace, and Startups — each of which owns a global strategy for their area. We're looking for a Partner Development Manager, EMEA to give those strategies a real presence in the region.
This is a generalist, region-first role covering all partner types. Rather than owning a single function end-to-end, you'll work across all of them — combining new partner development with the activation of partnerships that already exist globally, wherever the region needs it most.
You'll join an established global partnerships team, working day-to-day with our function leads and EMEA colleagues and reporting to the Head of Partnerships. You are the connection point between global partner strategy and the commercial, regulatory, and market realities of EMEA.
Much of the work happens in person — building senior partner relationships, being present in the market, and capitalising on co-selling and co-marketing opportunities across the region. As regional partner volume grows, we expect the role to evolve and eventually specialise; you'll help shape what that looks like.
What You'll Own
Regional Partner Development
Identify, prioritise, and close new partners across Integration, Solution, Cloud, Marketplace, and Startup motions where EMEA coverage does not yet exist — including smaller regional solution partners and resellers where they open up the market.
Build and maintain a regional pipeline of prospective partners across all functions.
Partner Activation & Enablement
Localise and activate globally-sourced partnerships for the EMEA market, including regional enablement, co-selling, co-marketing, and commercial terms where needed.
Ensure existing partner programs and benefits translate correctly to EMEA customers, partners, and startups.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work alongside each sub-function lead to translate global strategy into regional execution.
Flag where global partnership strategy does not fit EMEA market conditions, and adapt it together with function leads.
Represent Supabase at EMEA partner and developer events, and build relationships with regional partner organisations.
What We're Looking For
5–10 years in partnerships, business development, or channel roles, with direct experience onboarding and running partnerships within EMEA specifically.
Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple partner motions — technology integrations, solution/SI, and startup ecosystem — without a single specialist playbook to rely on.
Experience building a regional function within a company that was previously concentrated in another region.
Strong commercial judgement across varied partner types and counterparties.
Comfortable operating independently across a significant timezone gap from the core team, with clear judgement on what requires synchronous alignment.
Background in developer tools, databases, or infrastructure software.
An established, senior-level network of partner connections in EMEA — across technology vendors, systems integrators, and/or the startup ecosystem — that can be activated quickly, with the credibility to engage senior counterparts from day one.
Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication — including the ability to make a clear case when regional realities diverge from global strategy.
Nice to Have
Established relationships within AWS's EMEA partner organisation (strongly preferred), or GCP/Azure equivalents.
A second language relevant to the region (e.g. French, German, Spanish, Arabic).

About Supabase
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the Role
Supabase's Partnerships function is scaling fast - spanning Technology Partners, Solution Partners, Startups, and Cloud Partnerships. We're looking for a Partner Operations & Systems Lead to own the operational and technical backbone that lets this team move quickly and make decisions with good data.
This is a senior, hands-on role. You'll design the systems, processes, and reporting that the whole partnerships org runs on - and, increasingly, you'll build the internal tools yourself. Supabase is investing heavily in AI-assisted development to move faster than a traditional ops build cycle allows, and this role is expected to be a leading example of that inside Partnerships.
You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and sit alongside our regional and functional leads as a peer, with the mandate to build and enforce operational rigor across all teams.
Beyond the infrastructure, we want someone who helps shape where Partnerships places its bets - not just the system that reports on them.
What You'll Own
Systems & Data Infrastructure
Own the partner tech stack end-to-end - CRM partner objects, attribution tooling, and partner-facing portals.
Design and maintain partner attribution models and the dashboards leadership uses to evaluate performance.
Ensure data hygiene and consistency across partner records, deals, and touchpoints spanning all sub-functions.
Process & Program Management
Design and run partner onboarding, tiering, and certification programs.
Own the RFC / DRI decision-making framework for the partnerships team, including how it's used and refined over time.
Run deal-registration and "quarterback" account-ownership processes that keep internal teams aligned on partner-sourced deals.
Build and maintain the playbooks, SOPs, and enablement materials that let the team scale without you in every meeting.
Internal Tooling & Automation
Build internal automations that remove manual ops work - e.g., auto-generated partner performance reports, HubSpot-to-Slack syncs, or deal-conflict alerts - using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.
Prototype and ship lightweight internal apps and dashboards (partner health scorecards, RFC trackers, cross-tool syncs) without waiting on a shared data engineering backlog.
Act as technical owner for partnerships' internal tools: write the spec, build it, test it, ship it, and maintain it.
Know where the line is between a quick internal script and something that needs to be handed to Data/Engineering for production hardening - and manage that handoff cleanly.
Reporting & Analytics
Produce recurring performance reporting on partner-attributed revenue and pipeline influence.
Own the metrics and KPI framework the partnerships team is measured against.
Support QBRs and board-level reporting on partnership performance.
Strategic Contribution
Contribute to partner segmentation, tiering, and prioritization strategy - bringing data and operational reality to bear on where the team should invest.
Challenge existing assumptions in the partner motion (which tiers, which incentive structures, which sub-functions get resourced) using evidence from the systems you own.
Partner with the Head of Partnerships on strategic planning cycles - translating operational signal into recommendations, not just dashboards.
Own execution of agreed strategic direction: once a call is made, drive the operational and cross-functional work to make it real.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Serve as the connective tissue between Partnerships, Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance.
Ensure partner agreement terms are correctly reflected in systems and reporting.
Sit at the table for partner segmentation, tiering, and incentive-structure decisions as a contributor and challenger, not just an operator reporting on them after the fact.
What We're Looking For
7+ years in partner operations, revenue operations, or a related ops function, including experience designing (not just running) a program at scale.
Proven ownership of a partner or revenue tech stack - you've made the build/buy/migrate calls, not just administered someone else's setup.
Comfortable operating as the operational voice in exec-level rooms - QBRs, board prep, and cross-functional planning.
Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development (Claude Code or similar) - you can scope a problem, prompt effectively, review the output critically, and ship something real.
A point of view on partner economics - rev share modeling, LTV by partner type - that can inform deal structuring, not just track it after signature.
A track record of shaping strategic decisions, not just implementing them - comfortable pressure-testing a plan in the room and then owning the execution once direction is set.
Experience managing a small team or dotted-line relationships across regions or sub-functions.
Excellent written communication - you can turn ambiguity into a clear framework or a one-page decision doc.
Nice to Have
Experience with HubSpot (custom partner objects, multi-touch attribution), Clazar for cloud co-sell, and Linear for project management.
Background in a developer-tools or platform business with a partner-driven go-to-market motion.
Prior experience building internal tools or scripts, even informally, before AI-assisted development made it mainstream.
How We'll Evaluate
Alongside standard interviews, candidates will complete a short build exercise: given a messy partner-data problem, show us how you'd use Claude Code (or a similar tool) to solve it. We're evaluating judgment and problem-scoping as much as the output itself.

Health Benefits

Annual Off-Sites

We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.

About Supabase
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Commercial FinOps Lead to own the commercial and vendor-management function for Supabase. You’ll run our cloud and SaaS vendor relationships end-to-end (AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, CloudQuery, ClickHouse, and more), leading negotiations and renewals, enforcing procurement governance, and applying our VIA operating model (Visibility, Insights, Actions) to keep vendor spend disciplined and well-governed. You’ll work closely with Finance, Engineering, Legal, and our vendor partners.
This is a founding role for the commercials function. The operating model, the source of truth for vendor spend, and the standards are yours to define, against a clear position: this is a FinOps role first, not a procurement desk. You'll own the technical and analytical side of vendor management, reporting, efficiency, and the commercial interface across the company, while keeping procurement governance tight. It's ideal for someone fluent across finance and engineering, who thrives in async, fast-moving environments, and wants to build a function from the ground up rather than inherit one.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
In this role, you’ll:
Own vendor relationships: Run our primary cloud and SaaS vendor relationships end-to-end (AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, CloudQuery, ClickHouse, and more), leading renewals and negotiations alongside Finance and Legal.
Run procurement governance: Enforce our competitive-bid process for incoming requests and manage larger procurement through our managed-procurement partner, keeping oversight and accountability with FinOps.
Drive commercial VIA: Own spend visibility and unit economics, surface licensing and usage inefficiency before it becomes a surprise, and drive renewals, right-sizing, and tooling consolidation to realized savings.
Build reporting and governance: Vendor and SaaS cost reporting is the unowned gap today and your highest-leverage area in the first year. Build the dashboards and reporting hands-on, partner with our data teams to scale them, and own the governance layer (spend policies, thresholds, accountability).
Coordinate the cloud efficiency program: Keep optimization initiatives visible and tracked from commitment to realized savings, partnering with Engineering without taking over their delivery.
Hold the boundary on the role: You own the analytical, commercial, efficiency, and program side of vendor management. This is not a buying desk or a contracts-admin seat, and it does not take over engineering's delivery or status reporting. Procurement partners (e.g. Vertice) assist; FinOps keeps oversight and accountability.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
Have 5+ years in vendor/commercial management, procurement, FinOps, or technical/financial analysis, at a senior, function-owning level.
Have owned vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and renewals, and treat them as a lever on unit economics.
Have run procurement governance such as competitive-bid processes, benchmark analysis, approval thresholds, or managed-procurement partners.
Have high judgment and can hold a position and drive alignment without positional authority.
Build cost dashboards and reporting hands-on (SQL, BI tools), and are comfortable with vendor and cloud spend data (AWS, GCP, SaaS billing) and licensing/usage analysis.
Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences.
Have experience in async or globally distributed teams.
Are energized by building a function from the ground up and navigating ambiguity.

About Supabase
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the role
We're looking for an engineer to drive the evolution of OrioleDB and its collaboration with the upstream PostgreSQL community. OrioleDB is a next-generation storage engine for PostgreSQL, and this role sits at the intersection of database internals, open source community work, and Supabase's managed Postgres platform.
This role requires strong working overlap with Americas time zones due to production support and on-call responsibilities.
What you'll work on
New OrioleDB features. Design and implement new capabilities in OrioleDB — for example, native index access methods (GiST, GIN, HNSW for pgvector), disaster recovery tooling, and other storage-engine-level features that expand what OrioleDB can do.
Stability. Strengthen OrioleDB's reliability through deeper test coverage, fault injection, crash and recovery testing, and improvements to CI infrastructure. Ensure regressions are caught early and that OrioleDB behaves predictably under stress, replication, and failure scenarios.
Upstream collaboration. Contribute changes directly to PostgreSQL core. Part of OrioleDB lives as a patch on top of PostgreSQL — moving the right pieces upstream shrinks what we maintain ourselves and benefits the wider community. This happens through PostgreSQL's open development process: the pgsql-hackers mailing list, public code review, and commitfests.
Supabase integration. Work with Supabase's Postgres team to ensure OrioleDB fits naturally into Supabase's managed offering and roadmap.
You Will:
Design, implement, and test new OrioleDB features and integrate them cleanly with PostgreSQL's planner, executor, and surrounding subsystems.
Build out and maintain test infrastructure: regression suites, fuzzing, randomized testing, crash and recovery testing, and CI pipelines.
Identify and prepare patches suitable for upstreaming to PostgreSQL core.
Improve performance, resilience, monitoring, and operational tooling for production use.
Debug and resolve complex issues in low-level C code, including in storage, replication, indexing, and query execution paths.
Participate in design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews — both inside Supabase and in the PostgreSQL community.
Write clear technical documentation, design notes, and upstream proposals.
Have co-responsibility for troubleshooting, analyzing, supporting and maintaining oriledb postgres and bundled extensions in production deployments. This can include answering support ticket requests, an on-call rotation, and supporting our team members in troubleshooting and fixing live customer production databases.
You Are:
An existing PostgreSQL core contributor or have equivalent experience in Database internals.
An expert C programmer with 8+ years of production experience with focus on low-level systems programming
Deeply familiar with PostgreSQL’s codebase, build system, and extension APIs.
Have experience designing or implementing database storage engines, index structures, or query execution components.
Comfortable contributing to community‑driven, upstream open source projects.
Proficient in debugging and profiling complex C code in a database context.
Able to write clear technical documentation and explain design trade‑offs.
A strong communicator, committed to an open and collaborative development process.

This role will support the East Coast region across the Americas.
As the CSA Team Lead, you will be responsible for both people management and customer outcomes - supporting team execution while developing repeatable best practices across pre-sales discovery, proof-of-value onboarding, and technical success.

Work directly with strategic customers when needed—especially during complex escalations, architectural deep dives, or critical onboarding milestones.
You'll be joining our team to support Supabase Team & Enterprise customers, where you will be expected to lead and innovate around the following areas of responsibility:
Pre-Sales Discovery:
Lead and review technical discovery led by CSAs to uncover business and technical objectives, set appropriate expectations of the Supabase platform, and define the criteria for success.
Guide CSAs in designing and presenting platform demonstrations tailored to high-value customers, helping them clearly articulate the value of the Supabase platform and team.
Collaborate with Growth team members to size deals, provide anticipated usage estimates, and identify potential workloads supported by the Platform.
Proof-of-Value Onboarding
Support your team in defining and executing proof-of-value scopes that balance business outcomes with low-friction onboarding.
Ensure CSA-owned timelines, success criteria, and engagement tactics result in a high proof-to-conversion success rate.
Build reusable onboarding flows (email sequences, docs, templates, webinars) that accelerate time-to-value for new customers.
Customer Success & Expansion
Help your team build detailed account plans focused on both short-term adoption and long-term expansion opportunities.
Provide ongoing technical coaching for CSAs conducting architecture reviews, schema design evaluations, and performance tuning for production workloads.
Partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer feedback, share emerging customer needs with Product & Eng, and communicate roadmap milestones back to customers.
Trust & Platform Advocacy
Coach CSAs to act as internal and external champions of Supabase, building trust with customers through consistency, clarity, and deep product expertise.
Uphold a standard of excellence in customer engagement, ensuring Supabase becomes embedded in the way our customers build.
Preferred Experience
6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or Database Engineering.
2+ years of people management or team leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth, technical startup environment.
Strong background with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), with a deep understanding of schema design, indexing, and query performance.
Hands-on experience building modern web applications using frameworks like React, Svelte, Vue, or Node.js.
Clear, confident technical communicator and storyteller. Must be able to distill complex technical topics into actionable outcomes for customers and team members alike.
Experience navigating stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution, and collaborative problem-solving across teams.
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, BigQuery, and internal BI dashboards.

You’re self-directed, organized, and excited to contribute to open source
Requirements
This role is based in San Francisco to support regular in-person devrel video shoots, attend local events, and be an active presence in the SF tech ecosystem.
Strong engineering skills, especially with JavaScript or TypeScript, Postgres, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Svelte, Vue, etc.)
Experience creating technical content (written or video)
Comfortable representing a product publicly (on camera, on stage, or online)
Bonus points if you have:
A growing audience on YouTube, Twitch, or Twitter
Prior experience in DevRel or open source
Have used (and loved) Supabase

About Ramp
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp is known for insane product velocity, sitting at the center of AI and finance, and saving customers meaningful amounts of time and money. Increasingly, companies come to us to understand how the best finance teams are actually operating, whether that’s our own team or the customers we serve.
Right now, those conversations happen behind closed doors and Zoom windows. We want to pull them out, write them down, and make them useful to more people. We’re hiring a Finance Storytelling Lead to do exactly that.
You will spend roughly half your time embedded with Ramp’s Finance team, learning what it means to run an AI-pilled finance team at a company building AI solutions for finance. The other half of your time will support customer storytelling with the finance customer in mind, working closely with Brand Communications, Sales, and Customer Marketing.
For both, you’ll pull out the useful lessons and turn them into stories people want to learn from, whether that means writing in your own voice or for our CFO and Finance leadership team, shaping a customer story, or finding the right external conversation for Ramp to join. How these stories come to life is up to you. Social content, videos, earned media, exec bylines – there are many ways this can go.
The primary skill set is you have a journalist’s instincts. You can sit through a messy meeting, spot the thing that matters, ask the question no one else asked, and turn it into a piece of work with a point of view.
At the end of the day, you’ll play a large role in making Ramp the company finance leaders want to learn from, not just buy from.
What You'll Do
Find the story in the work. Embed with Ramp Finance and gain the trust needed to see how the team actually operates. Turn planning meetings, closes, decisions, experiments, and customer conversations into ideas worth sharing with the wider finance world.
Spend a large portion of your time writing. Develop first-person posts, points of view, customer stories, and other formats to be determined.
Create original finance insights. Work with Ramp’s Finance team, customers, and Economics Lab to identify questions our data cannot answer. Then take that and turn CFO and finance-leader patterns into original research, surveys, practitioner-led analysis, and points of view that Ramp can own.
Build the finance-storytelling system. Create a repeatable way to identify ideas, capture the raw material, develop drafts, and ship. Finance should not need to become a content team for Ramp to publish what it knows.
Ramp's Proprietary Spend Data. Collaborate closely with the data and economics team to identify trends in the Ramp Spend Dataset that lead or support storytelling around trends in Business's finance stack and spend.
Make customer stories do more. Partner with Customer Marketing, Sales, and Communications to find customers whose finance teams have something real to teach and help them teach it.
Own the distribution engine. Build the audience plan for each piece: who needs to see it, where they already spend time, which voice should carry it, and how we know it worked.
Set the bar for finance content. Decide what earns a finance leader’s attention and what does not.
What You Need
You are an exceptional writer. You can make complicated financial or operational ideas clear without making them bland. You have strong reporting instincts and an opinion about structure.
You understand finance. Ideally, you have covered or worked closely with CFOs, accounting, FP&A, corporate finance, treasury, payments, capital allocation, or the businesses that sell to finance teams. You know enough to ask good questions, hear the difference between a real insight and a polished answer, and keep learning.
You are data literate. You can use AI and trusted data to explore a question, find a sharp metric, and turn it into a story or headline-making chart.
You can write in someone else’s voice. You know the difference between writing about an executive and writing as one. You can preserve a leader’s point of view, rhythm, and convictions while making the work sharper.
You move without a perfect brief. You can take rough notes and turn them into something strong.
You are AI-native, but use personal judgement. You use AI to reduce busywork, explore angles, and move faster. But you don’t offload your brain to an LLM.
You are based in New York City and want to work closely with a team in person. If you aren’t in NYC right now, we’ll cover your relocation.
Fair Warning
This role is not for someone who prefers an established playbook.
It's not for someone who needs to be methodical before being experimental. We experiment first and systematize what works.
It’s not for a senior adviser who prefers to give direction versus do. This is a true Super IC role.
It's not for someone who finds comfort in a predictable pace. The pace here is genuinely uncomfortable. The right person finds that fun.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the role
Ramp already serves thousands of organizations in industries where financial operations work differently: construction companies that manage spend by job and cost code, nonprofits that report by fund and grant, and public-sector organizations accountable for every taxpayer dollar.
We are hiring a Lead Product Marketing Manager, Verticals to turn those differences into a durable growth advantage.
You will own Ramp's vertical GTM operating model, beginning with Construction / A&E and Nonprofits / Public Sector. You will decide where Ramp should invest, become the resident expert on how finance works in those markets, influence the product roadmap, and build the cross-product narratives and motions that help Ramp win.
This is not a content-only, campaign-only, or sales-enablement role. You will own the full vertical business read: market choice, ICP, product readiness, positioning, pipeline, win rate, activation, adoption, attach, campaign performance, and the next product or GTM intervention.
What you'll do
Set the vertical portfolio strategy. Build the business cases, opportunity sizing, segmentation, and priority order that determine where Ramp invests and where it does not.
Own the vertical business number. Define the scorecard for each priority vertical: pipeline, win rate, attach, workflow adoption, product activation, channel performance, and customer proof.
Become the market expert. Understand the financial workflows, buying dynamics, regulatory requirements, technology ecosystems, and competitive landscape of each priority industry.
Influence the product roadmap. Translate market evidence into clear product requirements and help Product distinguish table stakes from differentiators.
Build industry-specific, cross-product narratives. Package Ramp's cards, expenses, accounts payable, procurement, banking, treasury, travel, and accounting automation around the jobs each vertical needs to get done.
Own GTM strategy end to end. Define the ICP, audience, positioning, claims, proof, channel strategy, launch plan, sales motion, and adoption plan for each priority vertical.
Lead market-facing programs. Represent Ramp in the industry through webinars, customer sessions, partner moments, field events, advisory groups, and executive conversations where domain credibility matters.
Make Sales better at winning. Build workflow-based pitch narratives, sales plays, proof, competitive guidance, and demos that help sellers lead with the customer's industry problem instead of a list of Ramp products.
Run the operating cadence. Bring Product, Growth, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance into one readout: what is moving, what is stuck, what we learned, and what changes next.
Build the customer and partner feedback loop. Develop trusted relationships with finance leaders, operators, ERP and implementation partners, associations, and sellers closest to the market.
Create the verticalization playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking a vertical from market signal to product requirements, GTM package, measurable growth motion, and scaled investment.
What you'll need
7+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, product marketing, industry marketing, growth, sales strategy, or another strategic GTM function, including significant ownership of product or industry outcomes.
Demonstrated experience building GTM strategy for a specific industry or workflow-heavy market. You should arrive with a strong point of view on verticalization.
Deep familiarity with at least one of the following: Construction or A&E software, accounting and ERP workflows, nonprofits, public sector, procurement, accounts payable, or financial operations.
A record of influencing product strategy using customer, competitive, market, and funnel evidence.
Experience owning integrated B2B campaigns from audience definition and brief through execution, measurement, and iteration.
Strong data literacy. You can interpret pipeline, conversion, win rate, attach, adoption, and channel performance and turn the findings into a decision.
Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a business case for executives, a product narrative for the market, and a sales play that works in a customer meeting.
Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Communications, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, and improve it quickly.
Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows.
Nice to have
Experience at a vertical SaaS company serving construction, accounting, nonprofits, government, or another operationally complex industry.
Direct experience with construction ERPs or accounting platforms such as Sage, Trimble, Acumatica, Deltek, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Intacct.
Experience marketing a multi-product platform rather than a single point solution.
Existing relationships with finance leaders, industry operators, implementation partners, associations, or technology partners in a priority vertical.
Experience building a new PMM or industry-marketing function from the ground up.

Ramp is hiring a Business Operations Lead, Compensation & Equity to help build the next stage of our compensation function. This is a senior individual contributor role with exposure to company-level decisions and frequent partnership with the executive team and leaders across People, Finance, Legal, Talent, and the business. You will not manage a team, but you will operate as a thought partner and owner for some of Ramp's most important people and business decisions.
This role works on high-judgment, high-impact questions that sit within a few steps of Ramp's senior leadership team. You will work directly on issues that affect hiring strategy, retention, performance, equity planning, international expansion, executive decision-making, and the employee experience. For the right person, this is a way to build rare expertise in compensation and equity while developing the judgment and company context to take on broader operating roles over time.
You do not need to be a career compensation specialist. You do need to be analytically exceptional, sharp in ambiguous problems, able to earn trust with executives and cross-functional partners, and excited to go very deep in a domain where details matter. You should also be comfortable using AI to build, automate, and improve your own work. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, finance, people strategy, AI, and company operating rhythms.
What You'll Do
Lead high-priority compensation and equity projects from problem definition through analysis, recommendation, stakeholder alignment, and execution.
Build analytical models and decision frameworks for compensation bands, equity grants, refresh programs, promotion cycles, retention offers, international compensation, incentive structures, and executive-level scenarios.
Partner with leaders across People, Talent, Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, Engineering, and executive leadership to translate complex compensation questions into clear, practical recommendations.
Help run and improve major company-wide compensation processes, including merit cycles, promotion cycles, equity refreshers, offer governance, and special compensation reviews.
Develop tools, templates, dashboards, and workflows that make compensation decisions faster, more accurate, and more consistent as Ramp grows.
Use AI to remove manual work from the compensation function: pulling relevant context, flagging exceptions, drafting decision materials, and automating repeatable analysis.
Pressure-test compensation and equity philosophy against market data, hiring needs, retention risk, budget constraints, and internal equity.
What You Need
4-8 years of experience in business operations, corporate strategy, consulting, finance, people strategy, total rewards, or another analytical operating role, ideally in a high-expectation environment with senior stakeholders, fast timelines, and ambiguous problems.
Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills, including strong Excel / Google Sheets modeling. You can take a messy question, identify the real decision, break it into the right components, and build a path to an answer.
Experience building executive-facing analyses, operating models, decision memos, or board-level materials.
Practical AI fluency. You should be comfortable using AI tools to build, prototype, automate, and improve workflows, with good judgment about where AI helps and where human judgment is required.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You can simplify complex or sensitive topics for executive and non-technical audiences, influence without authority, keep senior partners aligned, handle pushback, and know when to escalate versus when to drive independently.
High emotional intelligence and discretion. This role will touch compensation, equity, performance, retention, and other sensitive employee matters.
Low ego, high ownership, strong business judgment, and real interest in compensation, equity, talent markets, and how people systems shape company performance.
Ability to work onsite from Ramp's New York office three or more days per week.
Nice to Have
Experience in a client service, strategy, finance, or operating environment where you owned complex workstreams and advised senior stakeholders.
Experience in compensation, equity, total rewards, people analytics, workforce planning, sales compensation, or executive compensation.
Experience at a high-growth technology company, fintech company, or late-stage private company.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or lightweight automation tools.
Exposure to talent strategy, performance management, org design, or financial planning.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
The Financial Intelligence team, part of Ramp's Applied AI org, powers the agentic analysis, FP&A, and book-close experiences that over 70,000 businesses rely on to run their finances. We turn messy financial data into a fast, trustworthy, governed data layer that AI agents can work with and build artifacts on top of.
This is a frontend-leaning role for an engineer who obsesses over interaction design and data-dense UX, but is just as comfortable designing the API that feeds it. You'll own the surfaces customers actually touch: agentic financial analysis, month-end close, and exploratory data experiences that feel as polished as the best business intelligence tools. If you want your frontend work to sit at the center of real production LLM systems rather than being bolted on at the end, this is the role.
What You’ll Do
Design and ship customer-facing AI experiences end to end, from React UI through to the APIs and data contracts behind them
Build BI-tool-quality interfaces for agentic analysis, FP&A, and book-close workflows: fast, dense, interactive, and trustworthy
Own complex client-side state and rendering challenges across data-heavy, real-time, agent-driven surfaces
Partner on API and backend design so the full stack serves the product, not the other way around
Use the latest coding models and agentic workflows as a core part of how you ship every day
What You Need
Deep frontend expertise: TypeScript, React, and sophisticated state management in complex, data-intensive applications
Fluency with the latest AI coding models and agentic development workflows. This is how the team works, and we expect you to be excellent at it
Comfort working across the stack, including API design and backend systems, even with frontend as your center of gravity
A track record of shipping polished, production-grade product experiences and owning them through ambiguity
Bonus: experience with BI tools, data visualization, or financial/analytics products
Benefits available to all full-time Ramp employees (Global)
Flexible PTO
Centralized home-office equipment ordering
Health and wellness stipend

About the Role
Ramp's Dev API team builds the programmatic surfaces that let developers and AI agents read from and write to Ramp. We are an AI-focused platform team making it trivially easy for any engineer at Ramp (or outside it) to ship new capabilities across all surfaces. Our ideal candidate thinks agent-first, has strong opinions on developer experience, and wants to define how software interacts with financial infrastructure at scale.
Check out our Engineering Blog for more on our tech stack, mission, and values!
What You'll Do
Build and operate Ramp's multi-surface platform with a high bar for reliability, correctness, and developer experience across tens of thousands of businesses.
Serve thousands of builders and partners using our API, driving a large fraction of Ramp’s revenue, and deliver on a massive business opportunity to embed Ramp everywhere.
Build software factories -- autonomous tooling and agents that accelerate endpoint creation, enabling teams across Ramp to ship their own API surfaces.
Lead design and execution of complex backend projects end-to-end (architecture, implementation, rollout, monitoring) in Python, Temporal, and Postgres.
Own user experience and platform robustness end-to-end -- harden and evolve the API with an emphasis on quality, reliability, and sustainability.
What You Need
5+ years of backend engineering experience
Experience building APIs or developer-facing platforms
Strong instinct for developer experience -- you've felt the pain of bad docs, bad error messages, and bad onboarding
Strong ownership over delivering technical and business outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated hands-on, daily use of AI coding agents as the primary development driver.
Comfort with agentic workflows, orchestration layers, and AI tooling broadly
