This is a fully remote role with occasional travel required to our London, Newport or Newcastle offices for meetings, training or business requirements.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling complex pension queries and delivering accurate, compliant casework within agreed timescales.
- Completing and quality-checking pension and payroll calculations to ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance.
- Acting as a technical specialist, providing guidance, support and training to colleagues.
- Analysing, maintaining and reporting on pension data to support effective decision-making and data quality.
- Supporting project delivery through close collaboration with pension, payroll and client stakeholders.
- Providing technical updates, insights and recommendations to a range of stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in pension administration.
- Ability to perform complex pension calculations accurately.
- Strong understanding of pension legislation and its practical application.
- Ability to explain complex technical information to non-specialists.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
It would be great if you had:
- Knowledge of Police Pension Schemes or Civil Service Pension Schemes.
- Previous payroll experience.
- A professional pension or payroll qualification.
- Understanding of the flow of transactions within an integrated HR and payroll system.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
