- Practical experience with retrieval systems such as RAG, BM25, embeddings, hybrid search or reranking.
- Comfortable working with messy, ambiguous or incomplete real-world data.
- Ability to build reliable services around ML workflows, including monitoring, testing and failure handling.
- Good understanding of LLM limitations, hallucination risks and safe user-facing AI.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in ambiguous product areas.
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI or LLM agents.
- Experience with document understanding, email parsing, entity extraction or CRM enrichment.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, prompt/version management or human-in-the-loop review workflows.
- Experience with vector databases or search infrastructure.

What is it like being a Dwell-er?
Feel free to check out Dwelly Core Principles. That’s about what we believe in, how we operate and make decisions.
What we offer is not a fancy office or a static workplace. Instead, this is about solving one of the world’s most complex problems in the largest consumer industry in the world: residential rentals.
More than 30% of households live in rental homes — over 5 million in the UK and more than 100 million across the EU and US. Our mission is to improve that experience through technology, automation and operational excellence.
This is about disrupting one of the largest and most antiquated industries in the world with one of the strongest operational and technical teams in the UK and Europe.
We work hard, and we aim for extremely ambitious results. We want people to be proud of what they’ve built and to one day look back and say: “Hell yeah, that was me that did it.”
Our Principles
- Customer obsession rather than competitive focus
- Passion for invention
- Operational excellence
- Long-term thinking
By applying for this position, you consent to the processing and storage of your personal data for recruitment purposes for up to 365 days, in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable data protection laws.

Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.
About the Role
We're hiring a Software Engineer for our User Operations team to own and build our product quality infrastructure and tooling — the systems that capture, triage, route, and acts on customer and product feedback at scale. You'll work on everything from intelligent bug reporting pipelines to software that captures customer feedback at scale to systems that give our business real-time visibility into our strongest Voice of the Customer signals.
This is an internal-facing role with direct impact on product quality. You'll be building the systems that close the loop between what customers experience and what gets built — helping us catch problems before our users do, and ensuring the right signal reaches the right people, fast. If building an AI-native, first-of-its-kind Voice of the Customer program from the ground up excites you, this role is for you.
What you'll do
Develop AI-powered systems that synthesize customer signal at scale — separating noise from what matters, routing feedback to the right teams, and surfacing the voice of the customer in ways that actually shape product decisions.
Build dashboards and data pipelines that give engineering and product leaders real-time visibility into bug volume, quality trends, and where their domains stand — by product area, severity, and over time.
Build intelligent bug intake and triage systems — moving from manual, inconsistent prioritization to agentic pipelines that produce well-written, well-prioritized bug reports at scale.
Build integrations across our tooling ecosystem (ticketing systems, payment processes, CRM, data warehouse, etc.) to create seamless workflows.
Partner with domain specialists and support engineers to identify pain points and ship solutions quickly — you're building for an internal team that will tell you exactly what's broken.
You may be a fit if
Experience working cross-functionally to deliver highly impactful, technical projects and systems
Experience building internal tools, developer platforms, or operations infrastructure.
Strong full-stack engineering skills — you're comfortable owning projects from database to UI.
Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics tooling.
Deep product knowledge of Cursor and AI-assisted development workflows.
Experience integrating with third-party platforms (ticketing systems, payment processors, CRMs).
Strong sense of ownership and a bias for action — you ship fast and iterate based on feedback.
Self-starter with curiosity, creativity, and a distaste for manual toil.

We're hiring a Software Engineer, Billing to evolve the systems that power how Cursor charges and reconciles revenue across millions of developers and enterprise teams.
You will work across the billing stack — usage metering pipelines, subscription and entitlement systems, payment integrations, and the ledger layer — to make billing accurate, scalable, and transparent. This is a deeply technical IC role. It is not a finance ops role, and it is not a backend generalist role wearing a billing hat.
What you’ll do
Implement usage and billing systems changes end-to-end, from updates in the UI and raw usage events at the edge to invoiced amounts in Stripe, including the metering pipeline, aggregation logic, entitlement enforcement, and ledger.
Evolve our ledger system that serves as the source of truth for customer balances, credits, overages, and adjustments — with the correctness guarantees that financial systems require.
Integrate deeply with Stripe including subscriptions, usage records, invoices, webhooks, and edge cases like mid-cycle plan changes, prorations, and failed payment recovery.
Build billing APIs and internal tooling that product, finance, and customer success teams depend on to query customer state, issue credits, and investigate billing anomalies.
Improve observability across the billing pipeline — metering lag, reconciliation discrepancies, invoice accuracy — so the team can quickly detect and debug billing regressions.
Partner with product, infrastructure, and finance teams to ship new pricing models with confidence and minimal operational risk.
You will own usage & limits across the product family, payments (stripe + daily jobs), grants & promotions, ledger, and internal data insights. You will be a technical authority on billing correctness and scale.
You will not own tax compliance, or general finance infrastructure unless it intersects directly with the billing system.
You will not be a backend generalist who contributes to billing occasionally. This is the core of your scope.
Revenue accuracy is part of the job, but the goal is to build systems with enough correctness and observability that billing is boring — not to manually reconcile every edge case.
You may be a fit if
You’ve shipped a usage-based billing system in production and have opinions on metering architecture, idempotency, and exactly-once semantics.
You’ve integrated deeply with Stripe, understand its data model, and have dealt with erroring webhooks.
You’ve built or maintained a financial ledger and understand why it’s required.
You care about correctness and making sure customer’s don’t have to manually review their invoices.
You can hold the tension between "move fast" and "do not lose revenue or trust."
You feel comfortable shipping features end-to-end - scaling up infrastructure to tweaking a UI component.

Strong execution: you can take ambiguous product needs, break them down, and ship durable systems with clear user impact.
Genuine interest in frontier AI capabilities, agent systems, and excitement for rapidly exploring, evaluating, and productizing new model behaviors.
Nice to have
Experience building agentic systems (tool calling, subagents, long-running or autonomous task execution).
Experience building developer platforms or reusable-capability primitives (SDKs, plugin systems, workflow engines).
Experience with evaluation, benchmarking, or quality systems for ML/LLM-powered products.
Time spent at a fast-growing startup or on a high-ownership engineering team.

Perplexity is looking for a frontend engineer to build the design system behind every Perplexity product. It is the component library and design language shared across web, iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows – the primitives, tokens, and interaction patterns that every product team builds on top of.
Its users are internal, spanning product teams and a broad range of contributors across the company. The components you build become the foundation all of them rely on. You will develop component APIs that hold up across dozens of consuming surfaces and are easy for other teams to adopt correctly, contribute to the token pipeline that keeps five platforms visually consistent, and maintain a high bar for interaction quality and accessibility.
Tech Stack: React · TypeScript · CSS · Design Tokens
What you'll do
Design and build core primitives – overlays, inputs, navigation, feedback – with APIs that stay coherent as consumers multiply
Work across the design-token pipeline – authoring, generation, and per-platform publishing across web, iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows
Partner directly with design on the design language itself, translating Figma systems into typed, testable, documented components
Migrate product surfaces off bespoke implementations onto shared primitives without breaking them
Build accessible components by default – keyboard, focus, contrast, screen readers – backed by automated coverage
Support consuming teams through docs, visual regression coverage, and on-call rotation
What we're looking for
4+ years building production frontend; experience with a design system, component library, or shared UI platform is a plus
Interest in building reusable components
Strong React and TypeScript, and CSS
Working accessibility knowledge (WCAG, ARIA patterns, assistive tech)
Comfort collaborating closely with designers on the visual and interaction language
Perplexity is looking for a frontend engineer to build the design system behind every Perplexity product. It is the component library and design language shared across web, iOS, An...

About the Role
The Connector Platform team builds the data layer that lets Perplexity's agents reach into the world's software. This team owns the systems that turn hundreds of heterogeneous integrations (native, MCP, CLI, first-party, and third-party APIs) into one unified, reliable, well-typed surface that agents can call with confidence.
The connector platform is the core layer that forms the knowledge layer for Computer: it is how the agent discovers what tools exist, understands what each one means, decides which to call, and grounds its reasoning in real, permissioned, up-to-date enterprise data. We maintain a knowledge layer above connectors that pushes and pulls context into them, rather than letting each connector hoard org knowledge on its own, making Computer the source of truth for institutional knowledge. Models are commoditizing; grounded, actionable, permissioned access to a customer's real systems is not. When this layer is fast, accurate, and semantically rich, every agent built on top of it gets smarter; when it is weak, no amount of model quality compensates.
Key Responsibilities
Own the design and implementation of the connector runtime, the system that registers, hosts, and executes built-in connectors, hosted MCP servers, and CLI-backed tools behind a single agent-facing interface.
Build and extend the semantic layer: tool and entity schemas, capability metadata, relationship modeling, and the mechanisms for capturing and applying organization- and account-specific corrections and knowledge.
Design the tool-discovery and tool-selection surfaces that agents use to find the right connector and call it correctly, optimizing for both model accuracy and context efficiency.
Make agent loops robust: structured results, partial-failure and retry semantics, idempotency, pagination, rate-limit handling, and observability into every tool call an agent makes.
Define authentication, authorization, and credential-isolation patterns for connectors (OAuth flows, BYOK, per-org credential boundaries), partnering with Security and Backend Platform on defense-in-depth.
Build the connector onboarding path (schemas, fixtures, and evaluation suites) so new connectors ship with measurable quality rather than hope, and drive the eval metrics that tell us a connector actually works inside agent loops.
Set the technical bar for connector reliability and operability: SLAs, observability, error-rate monitoring, and incident response for an always-on, high-fan-out integration surface.
Partner with product and AI teams to define clear connector interfaces and integration patterns so new agent capabilities can reliably build on the shared platform.
Qualifications
Experience designing and building backend systems that run in production (typically 4+ years for mid-level, more for senior and staff).
Strong system design skills, with a track record of building efficient, reliable, and scalable architectures, ideally including API integration, gateway, or platform-style systems with many heterogeneous downstreams.
Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python, Go, or Rust, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-language environment.
Hands-on experience with modern infrastructure (for example AWS, Kubernetes, and related cloud technologies).
Depth in at least one of: OAuth and authorization protocols, API/connector or MCP-server development, schema and semantic modeling, or building tooling and evaluation for LLM-based agents.
Comfort working in security-sensitive areas (auth, authorization, credential isolation) and making pragmatic trade-offs between safety, simplicity, and velocity.
Collaborative mindset and eagerness to solve hard, ambiguous problems alongside other experienced engineers.
If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t match every qualification listed above.

About Ramp
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Solutions Consultant, Post-Sales at Ramp partner with Account Management to deepen and expand relationships with existing Ramp customers. You'll act as the technical and financial subject matter expert across the customer lifecycle — running product demonstrations to expand customers onto new Ramp products, while bringing the depth needed to resolve complex ERP integrations, configuration challenges, and technical blockers.
You'll collaborate closely with Account Managers to assess requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure fast time-to-value as customers grow with Ramp. You will partner with Post-Sales teams to drive Product, Design and Engineering teams' roadmaps to evolve Ramp to better serve our customers at scale and offer increasingly higher value to the customers. This role requires strong technical skills — comfort with APIs, ERP systems, and integration architecture — paired with the communication ability to translate complexity into clear business value for finance and operations stakeholders.
This role is specifically focused on Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise customers, supporting large, complex organizations with multi-entity environments, advanced ERP integrations, and highly customized financial workflows.
What You'll Do
Partner with Account Managers to demonstrate new Ramp products and features to existing customers, building the business case for expansion through customized demos and workflow illustrations
Evaluate customer requirements for expansion opportunities, assessing fit through use-case analysis, ROI assessments, and technical scoping
Design and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture — including when and how to use APIs, ERP integrations, and HRIS connectors — based on each customer's existing systems and workflows
Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams, guiding integration, configuration, and system design decisions without writing code directly
Troubleshoot ERP and integration blockers, and guide customers through complex configuration decisions across NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion, and others
Support Account Managers on technical workstreams, ensuring faster time-to-value during product rollouts and expansions
Be a subject matter expert across accounting systems and integration partners; advocate for integration development in line with customer needs alongside Product and Partners
Influence Ramp's product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering teams
Contribute to internal documentation, tooling, and knowledge bases that scale Ramp's ability to support integration use cases across a growing customer base
What You Need
4+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS or fintech
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion) and finance/accounting workflows
Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture — and the ability to explain those concepts clearly to finance and operations stakeholders
Experience running product demonstrations and translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value
Strong communication skills: able to guide customers toward scalable approaches and diplomatically steer conversations when requests are misaligned with product capabilities or best practices
Collaborative mindset; effective working cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, and Engineering
Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments; highly organized, ownership-oriented, and resourceful as Ramp scales its upmarket motion
Benefits available to all full-time Ramp employees (Global)
