About MPLC
MPLC is the legal way to show movies and TV in public or commercial spaces across the globe. For over 30 years, we’ve been the trusted partner to major Hollywood studios, independent producers, and the wider creative ecosystem, ensuring content creators are paid fairly and organisations respect copyright.
About Global Technology Services
GTS is technology at MPLC, all of it. And we are honest about where we are: we are rebuilding and elevating our technology capability, from the ground up and by design. New platforms, new data foundations, new roles: this team is being built for what MPLC becomes, not what it was. You will own real outcomes early, automate the repetitive rather than absorb it, and help shape the rebuild rather than inherit someone else’s. Technology is the engine of how MPLC grows. People are the fuel. AI is the turbocharger. That is where you come in.
The Role in Two Bullet Points
- Help keep MPLC's global technology estate running smoothly by providing system support, user administration and access management across the business.
- Build the skills, knowledge and experience needed to progress through our Systems Analyst career pathway, with opportunities to develop into a Systems Analyst role.
Responsibilities
- This is a hands-on support role and a large part of your day will involve helping colleagues, managing requests and keeping records up to date.
- Accuracy matters. Access permissions, user accounts and asset records need to be right every time.
- Some of the work can be repetitive, but we're looking for someone who'll spot opportunities to improve and automate where possible.
- You'll be expected to follow documented processes and procedures while building your knowledge and experience.
- This isn't a role where you'll immediately be designing new systems. It's a chance to learn the estate, build credibility and develop into the next step in your career.
Requirements
We're looking for an Associate Systems Analyst to join our IT Operations team and help support colleagues across more than 40 countries.
Reporting to the VP of IT Operations, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of our technology estate, which includes Salesforce, Microsoft 365, finance systems and a range of business applications. You'll manage support tickets, user access requests, joiner, mover and leaver processes, asset records and a variety of administrative tasks that help keep the business running.
You'll work closely with the Systems Analyst, following established processes and learning how our systems fit together. Over time, you'll build the knowledge and confidence to take on greater responsibility and develop your technical and analytical skills.
This is the first step in our Systems Analyst career pathway. It's designed for someone who enjoys solving problems, likes understanding how systems work and wants to grow their career in technology.
You'll Love This Role If...
- You have some experience in IT support, a service desk environment, systems administration or a similar role.
- You're organised, reliable and take pride in getting the details right.
- You enjoy helping people and communicate clearly and professionally.
- You're naturally curious about technology and how systems work.
- You like finding better ways to do things and have an interest in automation.
- You enjoy solving problems and learning something new every day.
- You're looking for a role that offers genuine development and progression opportunities.
Benefits
• Salary band: £27,000–£36,000 depending on experience.
• Remote Working with occasional travel.
• 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
• Private medical insurance (AXA), including dental, optical and 24/7 GP access.
• Life assurance at 3x base salary (Legal & General).
• Salary sacrifice pension with Aviva, 4% employer contribution.

The Role in Two Bullet Points- Define and own the architecture that connects MPLC's systems, data and platforms, ensuring the technology estate scales in a structured and sustainable way.
- Lead the design of integrations, systems of record and platform standards that create a connected, governed and future-ready technology environment.
Responsibilities
- You'll be MPLC's first dedicated architecture hire, so there won't be an established architecture function waiting for you.
- This role is as much about influencing people and decisions as it is about technical expertise.
- You'll need to be comfortable making recommendations and providing clear direction across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Some systems and processes have developed organically over time, so part of the role is creating clarity, consistency and structure.
- We need someone who's practical and delivery-focused. Well-designed diagrams are helpful, but only if they lead to better outcomes.
Requirements
We're looking for a Data & Systems Architect to help shape MPLC's technology future.
Reporting to the CIO, you'll take ownership of the overall architecture of our technology estate, covering systems, data, integrations and platform design. You'll help define how our applications fit together, where critical business data should live and how information moves across the organisation.
Working closely with the Head of Business Applications, Analytics Engineer, Developer and key business stakeholders, you'll ensure technology decisions support the wider goals of the business. You'll establish standards, guide platform selection, design integration patterns and help create a technology estate that's easier to maintain, scale and evolve.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning strategy into reality. You'll be expected to influence direction, document decisions, test ideas and work alongside the team to bring architectural designs to life.
You'll Love This Role If...- You have experience designing and managing architecture across multiple platforms, systems and data environments.
- You understand how CRM, finance, data and business applications work together within an organisation.
- You have strong knowledge of Salesforce from a platform and integration perspective.
- You're comfortable working with APIs, integrations and modern approaches to connectivity.
- You enjoy solving complex problems and bringing structure to environments that have evolved over time.
- You can balance technical best practice with practical business needs.
- You like taking ownership, making evidence-based decisions and seeing your ideas delivered.
Benefits

About Dwelly
Dwelly is building the AI operating system for residential lettings. Its growing network of agencies provides its AI with real-world data, continuous feedback, and control over complete workflows, making exceptional service the standard for landlords and tenants. Today, Dwelly operates more than 15,000 properties and $470 million in GMV, making it one of the UK’s ten largest lettings operators. The company has raised $263 million.
We’re a fast-growing, product-focused company, backed by top-tier investors and led by a team with deep experience in real estate, technology, and operations.
Position Summary
We are looking for a Backend Engineer with strong applied ML experience to build production systems that extract, enrich, summarise and structure information from emails, documents and other unstructured data.
This is not a pure data science or research role. It is a production engineering role focused on building reliable Python backend services around NLP, retrieval and LLM-powered workflows.
You will work on practical problems such as extracting useful information from email correspondence during agency migrations and summarising a client’s full communication history inside their Dwelly profile.
The right person is comfortable working with messy real-world data, taking prototypes into production, measuring quality and improving systems through evaluation and feedback loops.
We’re hiring remotely across the UK, Ireland, and European time zones. Candidates should be based within these regions/time zones to enable effective collaboration with the wider team.
What You’ll Do
- Build systems that extract structured data from emails, documents and other unstructured sources.
- Enrich migrated client, landlord, tenant and property records with useful information from communication history.
- Develop solutions that summarise a client’s full email history and surface the most relevant context inside Dwelly.
- Build production NLP / ML-backed backend services that work reliably on messy real-world data.
- Improve retrieval and ranking systems using approaches such as RAG, BM25, embeddings, hybrid search and reranking.
- Define quality metrics, evaluation datasets and feedback loops for extraction, summarisation and retrieval systems.
- Build Python backend services and APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Flask or similar.
- Integrate ML and LLM workflows into production systems with clear error handling, observability and maintainability.
- Work closely with engineering, product and operations teams to turn real business problems into scalable automation systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Python backend engineering experience.
- Experience with API frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Flask or similar.
- Production experience with NLP, ML, information extraction, retrieval, ranking or summarisation systems.
- Ability to take research ideas or prototypes into production.
- Strong understanding of evaluation, metrics and quality measurement for ML / LLM systems.
- Practical experience with retrieval systems such as RAG, BM25, embeddings, hybrid search or reranking.
- Comfortable working with messy, ambiguous or incomplete real-world data.
- Ability to build reliable services around ML workflows, including monitoring, testing and failure handling.
- Good understanding of LLM limitations, hallucination risks and safe user-facing AI.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in ambiguous product areas.
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI or LLM agents.
- Experience with document understanding, email parsing, entity extraction or CRM enrichment.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, prompt/version management or human-in-the-loop review workflows.
- Experience with vector databases or search infrastructure.
- DevOps or CI/CD experience for deploying ML-backed services.
- Experience testing ML systems on complex production datasets.
- Experience with typed programming languages such as TypeScript, Java, C#, C++, Kotlin, Scala or similar.
What Success Looks Like
- Useful information can be extracted from emails and documents with measurable quality.
- Client communication histories can be summarised safely, clearly and with relevant context.
- Retrieval and ranking systems improve over time through evaluation and feedback.
- ML and LLM workflows are reliable, observable and production-ready.
- Operations and product teams can trust the outputs and understand when human review is needed.
- Unstructured data from acquired agencies becomes usable inside Dwelly faster and with less manual work.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fully remote role.
- Competitive compensation based on experience and impact.
- Opportunity to work on high-leverage automation systems at the intersection of backend engineering, applied ML, data and real operational workflows.
- Competitive salary with the potential for equity options based on performance, recognising exceptional contributions to our integration success.
What is it like being a Dwell-er?
Feel free to check out Dwelly Core Principles. That’s about what we believe in, how we operate and make decisions.
What we offer is not a fancy office or a static workplace. Instead, this is about solving one of the world’s most complex problems in the largest consumer industry in the world: residential rentals.
More than 30% of households live in rental homes — over 5 million in the UK and more than 100 million across the EU and US. Our mission is to improve that experience through technology, automation and operational excellence.
This is about disrupting one of the largest and most antiquated industries in the world with one of the strongest operational and technical teams in the UK and Europe.
We work hard, and we aim for extremely ambitious results. We want people to be proud of what they’ve built and to one day look back and say: “Hell yeah, that was me that did it.”
Our Principles
- Customer obsession rather than competitive focus
- Passion for invention
- Operational excellence
- Long-term thinking
By applying for this position, you consent to the processing and storage of your personal data for recruitment purposes for up to 365 days, in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable data protection laws.

About the Team
At Miro, design is intrinsic in everything we do. As a business we are on a mission to redefine how great work is done, and as a design team we aim to make that as easy and delightful as possible.
The design system team owns the leverage point that lets that craft scale: every component, token, and pattern either propagates quality across the product or quietly leaks debt into it. As a part of our Product Design team, you will contribute to our design process, culture, and experience principles and set new standards for design quality.
About the Role
Miro is a canvas — an infinite, multiplayer surface where millions of people think, run workshops, map systems, and build together. Design is what makes that canvas feel considered: fast, fluid, alive, and unmistakably Miro rather than a framework's defaults dressed up.
You own the design system — not by writing the infrastructure that enforces it, but by deciding what "great" looks like and turning that judgment into something the system can pull into the design process.
The design system is AI-native, meaning that agents will generate the first draft of the UI, using the tokens, components, and patterns you've defined. That changes the job. It used to be enough to design a good screen. Now the job is to design the soul and rules a screen gets generated from — to encode taste, not just constraints.
This is a design-first role with a strong foundation in code. You think and communicate in prototypes because they're more honest than a static mock. You reach for a quick build to test whether an idea actually feels right, not to ship production infrastructure. You're not the person building the rendering engine; you're the person with the eye to know when the rendering engine got it wrong.
What you'll do
- You hold and push the quality bar forwards; meaning you don't only define what great design and taste looks like, you encode it.
- Identify the interaction patterns, hierarchy rules, and softer signals (rhythm, restraint, spacing that "feels right") that keep AI-generated UI from feeling machine-made, then work with engineering to get those signals into the guardrails that catch violations before ship.
- Push token thinking into motion, easing, spatial transitions, and multiplayer states like presence and cursors — the aesthetic decisions that make the canvas feel alive.
- Partner closely with engineering, making sure performance constraints don't flatten the product into something generic.
- Build the patterns, guidelines, and examples that make every designer and AI-assisted contributor faster and more confident. Write things down — foundation-level thinking compounds.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-focused roles.
- At least 2-3 years operating at a Staff / Principal level, with proven ownership of complex initiatives.
- Comfort in code sufficient to prototype and validate design ideas, without being primarily defined by engineering depth — this is a design-first role with a strong foundation in code.
- The ability to see the difference between fine and right, and to say why out loud: taste here is judgment you can articulate, turn into a rule, and hand to someone else — the kind that notices the 1px that's off, the easing a beat too slow, the contrast that technically passes and visually fails.
- An end-to-end understanding of the product — where a pattern breaks down in a real user flow, or where a component that looks fine in isolation causes friction in context.
- A track record of influence beyond your own output: setting a quality bar explicit enough that others can apply it, and connecting fragmented, team-by-team work into something coherent.
- Craft signals including visual craft and taste, pattern recognition at scale, motion and timing as a design decision, multiplayer interaction grammar (presence, cursors, conflict, co-authorship), and real fluency with AI tools and AI-driven product moments — enough to prototype your own ideas without needing an engineer to stand up a first draft.
- Systems and governance thinking: the ability to articulate the contribution rules that keep a system coherent as it scales, even if someone else writes the enforcement code.
What's in it for you
We want you to feel supported, connected, and ready to grow. Our global benefits package generally includes equity, a wellbeing benefit, a WFH equipment allowance, and an annual Learning & Development stipend. Join a diverse team where you can do your best work. Full benefits may differ per location. Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.
About the role
As a Strategic Account Executive, Federal Systems Integrators (FSI) at Cursor, you'll drive revenue growth across a named territory of large FSI accounts on our Public Sector team. You'll work closely with engineering organizations - from CTOs to individual development teams - to understand how they build software, demonstrate how Cursor transforms developer productivity, and land and expand Cursor across their organizations.
This role requires deep technical fluency, the ability to navigate complex enterprise and government buying processes, and a genuine passion for AI-powered developer tools. You'll be a foundational member of our enterprise sales motion.
What you’ll do
Own a named book of FSI accounts; drive new account acquisition, expansion revenue, and long-term strategic growth
Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across Engineering, Product, Security, Procurement, Legal, and mission-critical stakeholders
Become a trusted product expert; guide federal prospects through trials, technical evaluations, security reviews, and large-scale rollouts
Build executive relationships and cultivate day-to-day champions across across FSI partners, agencies, and technical teams
Quantify value with clear ROI cases tied to developer productivity, AI adoption, mission outcomes, and secure software delivery
Be the voice of the federal customer and influence the roadmap with actionable feedback on product, compliance, deployment, and procurement needs

You may be a fit if
You have 7+ years of closing experience in FSI or Federal technology sales, ideally selling developer tools, technical SaaS, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or emerging technologies
You have a consistent track record of landing new logos, expanding strategic accounts, and exceeding quota through self-sourced pipeline generation
You’re a true hunter — you proactively build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, account mapping, partner leverage, creative sourcing, and relentless follow-up
You’re comfortable navigating complex federal sales cycles and selling to technical and mission-oriented stakeholders — from engineers and program leaders to CISOs, CIOs, and senior executives
You understand, or are excited to learn, federal buying motions, procurement processes, security expectations, and partner ecosystems
You currently hold a security clearance, or are eligible and willing to obtain one
You bring an analytical approach to understanding customer needs combined with creative, tactical follow-through to advance opportunities
You’re an excellent communicator who can build trust across all levels of an organization
You’re passionate about AI and excited by the idea that transforming how software gets written is one of the most important problems to work on right now

We’re hiring a Support Operations Systems Lead to help own the systems, workflows, and operating rhythms that keep User Operations running reliably at scale.
This is a hands-on technical support operations role for someone who can move fluidly between live triage of our projects, backlog management of internal requests, systems health, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end program ownership. You’ll work across ticketing workflows, routing logic, queue health, labeling taxonomy, escalation paths, workforce signals, and internal tooling requests.
The ideal person is more technical than a traditional operations lead, more hands-on than a traditional TPM, and less software-engineering-heavy than a dedicated SWE. You should be comfortable investigating messy operational issues, making or coordinating safe system changes, pushing back on unclear requests, and turning recurring problems into durable improvements.
What you’ll do
Own day-to-day operations for core support systems, including ticketing workflows, routing, queues, labels, taxonomy, escalations, and related tooling.
Triage urgent operational issues as they arise, especially when system behavior, workforce distribution, queue health, or SLA risk looks off.
Manage intake, prioritization, and follow-through for systems requests from support managers, TSEs, operations leads, engineering, product, and other internal teams.
Help maintain the team’s roadmap by distinguishing one-off fixes from broader system improvements, surfacing recurring pain points, and pushing back on low-leverage work.
Drive smaller technical and operational programs end-to-end, being responsible for discovery, scoping and execution, rollout, documentation and success metrics.
Partner with engineering, data, IT, and support leaders to debug issues, validate changes, improve monitoring, and prevent repeat failures.
Use Cursor and AI-native workflows to reduce manual toil, investigate issues, summarize signals, draft documentation, test changes, and improve how the team operates.
You may be a fit if
You have experience in support operations, systems operations, technical program management, or a similarly cross-functional technical systems role.
You are comfortable working close to operational systems such as ticketing platforms, routing workflows, queue configuration, labels/taxonomies, dashboards, Slack workflows, and internal tools.
You are technical enough to investigate system issues, read configuration or code, and partner effectively with engineers, even if you are not primarily a software engineer.
You are excellent at triage and prioritization: when several things are broken or ambiguous, you can quickly determine what is urgent, what needs investigation, what needs escalation, and what should become a longer-term fix.
You can own work end to end: clarify the problem, align stakeholders, sequence the work, communicate tradeoffs, launch safely, and measure whether the change worked.
You are comfortable pushing back thoughtfully and can tell stakeholders “not yet,” “not this way,” or “this should be part of a broader fix” while maintaining trust.
You are energized by a role that blends firefighting with systems-building, and you have a strong bias toward action, clarity, and continuous improvement.

About the role
We're seeking a Design Systems Lead with extensive experience owning design systems at large organizations. You'll bootstrap an intuitive semantic token system that supports design and product teams across multiple platforms and frameworks - the foundation that keeps Perplexity's product coherent as we scale.
This is a true 50/50 design-engineer role. You'll live primarily in GitHub, where you own the system's repo, while staying fluent in Figma so design and engineering never drift apart. You'll set the bar for visual quality and the technical standards that let feature teams move fast without fragmenting the experience.
You'll work at the intersection of design and engineering, partnering with product feature teams across mobile, web, and React surfaces.
What you'll do
Bootstrap and own an intuitive semantic token system that works across multiple platforms and frameworks
Own the design system repo on GitHub: the source of truth for components, tokens, and standards, including versioning, release management, and a clear changelog
Set and uphold a high bar for visual design quality across every surface the system touches
Navigate the nuanced differences between mobile, web, and React UI best practices, and encode them into the system
Define and run the contribution model and governance: review and shepherd inbound contributions from product feature teams, keeping quality and consistency high as the system grows
Keep design and engineering in sync, bridging Figma and code so the system stays coherent end-to-end
Own clear, first-class documentation so teams can adopt components and tokens on their own, and drive adoption across the org through onboarding, office hours, and hands-on support
Bake in accessibility (WCAG) and theming (including dark mode) as defaults, not afterthoughts
Maintain a system roadmap, balancing net-new work, migrations, and deprecations against feature-team needs
Bring new AI tooling into the design systems workflow and help shape how we build systems in an AI-native way
Operate with autonomy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
What we're looking for
Extensive experience owning design systems at large organizations
A true 50/50 design-engineer, equally credible in visual craft and in code
An impeccable eye for visual design
Deep understanding of the nuanced differences between mobile, web, and React UI best practices
Strong product sensibilities to help evaluate and integrate contributions from various product feature teams
Fluency in Figma, but primarily living in GitHub where you own the repo
Experience designing and maintaining semantic design tokens and scalable component APIs
A track record of driving adoption through excellent documentation and cross-functional partnership
Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to build them into a system
Readiness to work with new AI tooling and genuine comfort with ambiguity
Nice to have
Experience building a semantic token system from scratch across multiple platforms
A track record scaling a design system through a period of fast org growth
Experience defining contribution models and governance for multi-team design systems
Familiarity with component tooling and documentation platforms (e.g., Storybook)
Experience mentoring designers and engineers and growing a design systems practice

About Perplexity
Perplexity is the answer engine for the AI era. We are scaling a fast-growing enterprise business and building the operating system that runs it. Our GTM stack is modern, API-first, and Snowflake-native. We build before we buy, and we ship.
The Role
We are hiring a Sales Systems Engineer to own the technical layer underneath our enterprise sales motion. This person runs CPQ, account and lead scoring, data orchestration, and the integrations that connect Salesforce, Snowflake, and the rest of our GTM stack.
You will be the technical owner of how deals get priced, quoted, scored, routed, and tracked. You will work directly with sales, finance, marketing ops, and product to build a system that scales from where we are now to a billion-dollar-ARR business.
This is a builder role. You should be equally comfortable writing SQL in Snowflake, building Salesforce flows, configuring CPQ rules, debugging a Workato recipe, and shipping a Python script to fix a data problem before the seller notices.
What You Will Own
CPQ: Quote-to-cash configuration, product catalog, pricing rules, approval workflows, discount governance, contract generation. Partner with Finance and Legal on guardrails.
Scoring: Account scoring, lead scoring, PLG activation scoring, intent signal aggregation. Build and maintain scoring models in Snowflake, push scores to Salesforce via reverse ETL.
Data orchestration: Polytomic, Hightouch, and Workato pipelines that move data across Snowflake, Salesforce, NetSuite, Apollo, Unify, and the rest of the stack. Own SLAs, monitoring, and breakage response.
Salesforce engineering: Flows, validation rules, formula fields, custom objects, Apex when needed, Lightning page configuration, permission sets, sandbox management.
Integrations: API-level integration work across our GTM tools. Build custom connectors when off-the-shelf does not cut it.
Routing and ownership: Account routing logic, opportunity assignment rules, territory management, ROE enforcement.
Reporting infrastructure: Snowflake models that power pipeline, forecast, comp, and exec reporting. Partner with Analytics on the visualization layer.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years in Sales Systems, RevOps Engineering, Salesforce engineering, or Enterprise Systems at a high-growth SaaS company
Deep Salesforce expertise: flows, formula fields, validation rules, custom objects, sharing model, Apex if needed
Hands-on CPQ experience (Salesforce CPQ, Stripe Billing, Maxio, or similar) including pricing, approvals, and quote generation
Strong SQL. You can write production-grade Snowflake queries and build dbt-style transformation logic.
Production experience with reverse ETL (Polytomic, Hightouch, Census) and iPaaS (Workato, Tray, Zapier at scale)
Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting in Python or JavaScript
A bias for building. You have shipped custom solutions when the vendor option was wrong.
Operator mindset. You read tickets, you ship fixes, you do not need a PM to translate seller requests.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with PLG-to-enterprise motion and scoring users into accounts
Experience with Apollo, Unify, Loops, Gatsby, Momentum, Floqer, or similar GTM tools
NetSuite or Metronome billing exposure
Comp plan tooling (Everstage, CaptivateIQ, QuotaPath)
Background in entity resolution, dedup, or domain enrichment
How We Work
Build over buy when it earns its keep
Snowflake is the source of truth, Salesforce is the system of action
Live data over polling
Real people own accounts, never queues
Direct, fast, low-process. We delete and resend over debate.
What Success Looks Like
90 days: You own CPQ, scoring, and orchestration. Nothing breaks silently. Sellers know who to call.
180 days: Quote-to-cash is clean. Scoring drives real routing decisions. Snowflake-Salesforce sync is boring.
12 months: You have replaced two vendors with custom builds, shipped the next generation of our scoring system, and made the seller experience visibly better.

About Supabase
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the Role
Supabase's Partnerships function is scaling fast - spanning Technology Partners, Solution Partners, Startups, and Cloud Partnerships. We're looking for a Partner Operations & Systems Lead to own the operational and technical backbone that lets this team move quickly and make decisions with good data.
This is a senior, hands-on role. You'll design the systems, processes, and reporting that the whole partnerships org runs on - and, increasingly, you'll build the internal tools yourself. Supabase is investing heavily in AI-assisted development to move faster than a traditional ops build cycle allows, and this role is expected to be a leading example of that inside Partnerships.
You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and sit alongside our regional and functional leads as a peer, with the mandate to build and enforce operational rigor across all teams.
Beyond the infrastructure, we want someone who helps shape where Partnerships places its bets - not just the system that reports on them.
What You'll Own
Systems & Data Infrastructure
Own the partner tech stack end-to-end - CRM partner objects, attribution tooling, and partner-facing portals.
Design and maintain partner attribution models and the dashboards leadership uses to evaluate performance.
Ensure data hygiene and consistency across partner records, deals, and touchpoints spanning all sub-functions.
Process & Program Management
Design and run partner onboarding, tiering, and certification programs.
Own the RFC / DRI decision-making framework for the partnerships team, including how it's used and refined over time.
Run deal-registration and "quarterback" account-ownership processes that keep internal teams aligned on partner-sourced deals.
Build and maintain the playbooks, SOPs, and enablement materials that let the team scale without you in every meeting.
Internal Tooling & Automation
Build internal automations that remove manual ops work - e.g., auto-generated partner performance reports, HubSpot-to-Slack syncs, or deal-conflict alerts - using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.
Prototype and ship lightweight internal apps and dashboards (partner health scorecards, RFC trackers, cross-tool syncs) without waiting on a shared data engineering backlog.
Act as technical owner for partnerships' internal tools: write the spec, build it, test it, ship it, and maintain it.
Know where the line is between a quick internal script and something that needs to be handed to Data/Engineering for production hardening - and manage that handoff cleanly.
Reporting & Analytics
Produce recurring performance reporting on partner-attributed revenue and pipeline influence.
Own the metrics and KPI framework the partnerships team is measured against.
Support QBRs and board-level reporting on partnership performance.
Strategic Contribution
Contribute to partner segmentation, tiering, and prioritization strategy - bringing data and operational reality to bear on where the team should invest.
Challenge existing assumptions in the partner motion (which tiers, which incentive structures, which sub-functions get resourced) using evidence from the systems you own.
Partner with the Head of Partnerships on strategic planning cycles - translating operational signal into recommendations, not just dashboards.
Own execution of agreed strategic direction: once a call is made, drive the operational and cross-functional work to make it real.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Serve as the connective tissue between Partnerships, Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance.
Ensure partner agreement terms are correctly reflected in systems and reporting.
Sit at the table for partner segmentation, tiering, and incentive-structure decisions as a contributor and challenger, not just an operator reporting on them after the fact.
What We're Looking For
7+ years in partner operations, revenue operations, or a related ops function, including experience designing (not just running) a program at scale.
Proven ownership of a partner or revenue tech stack - you've made the build/buy/migrate calls, not just administered someone else's setup.
Comfortable operating as the operational voice in exec-level rooms - QBRs, board prep, and cross-functional planning.
Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development (Claude Code or similar) - you can scope a problem, prompt effectively, review the output critically, and ship something real.
A point of view on partner economics - rev share modeling, LTV by partner type - that can inform deal structuring, not just track it after signature.
A track record of shaping strategic decisions, not just implementing them - comfortable pressure-testing a plan in the room and then owning the execution once direction is set.
Experience managing a small team or dotted-line relationships across regions or sub-functions.
Excellent written communication - you can turn ambiguity into a clear framework or a one-page decision doc.
Nice to Have
Experience with HubSpot (custom partner objects, multi-touch attribution), Clazar for cloud co-sell, and Linear for project management.
Background in a developer-tools or platform business with a partner-driven go-to-market motion.
Prior experience building internal tools or scripts, even informally, before AI-assisted development made it mainstream.
How We'll Evaluate
Alongside standard interviews, candidates will complete a short build exercise: given a messy partner-data problem, show us how you'd use Claude Code (or a similar tool) to solve it. We're evaluating judgment and problem-scoping as much as the output itself.
What We Offer
Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
About the Team
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

About Ramp
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Most companies have more GTM ideas than they can reliably execute. Launching a new motion still requires manual targeting, weeks of enablement, seller coordination, and messy measurement. Learnings live in people's heads. When something works — or stops working — the playbook doesn't change fast enough.
Ramp is building the AI platform that GTM runs on — a ground-up application layer where agents handle execution, playbooks encode institutional knowledge, and every interaction feeds a learning loop that makes the system smarter each cycle. We're operating at the frontier of what agents can do in a real enterprise context, and the problems are unsolved: reliable background execution at scale, human-agent collaboration that earns trust, and feedback loops that turn raw GTM signal into a compounding organizational advantage.
As a PM for Revenue, you'll own the data and execution layer that makes the GTM platform work: the scoring and routing systems that get the right accounts to the right people, the data infrastructure and acquisitions that power intelligence across the org, and the agents for SDRs, Solutions, and channel teams. This is the foundation that everything else depends on. Because your users are down the hall, feedback is immediate and iteration cycles are short. You'll build sharper product instincts faster here than in most roles — the kind that only come from shipping, seeing what lands, and doing it again. This role partners closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Finance, and Sales leadership.
What You’ll Do
Build for GTM Teams. Own the agentic tooling and workflows for the GTM teams that are less served today — SDR prospecting and outreach, Solutions discovery and POV workflows, and channel partner execution. These motions are high-context and high-value, and largely greenfield.
Own the GTM data platform. Define the data contracts, schemas, and pipelines that make GTM intelligence possible. Own account scoring, routing, and assignment — the systems that determine which accounts get attention, from whom, and when. Drive net new data acquisitions that expand what our agents can reason over. Ensure the data feeding our AI tools is accurate and trustworthy enough to act on.
Serve every GTM motion, not just one. Resist the pull toward optimizing for a single team. Understand the distinct workflows and incentives across the GTM org and build systems flexible enough to serve all of them — while still being opinionated about what good looks like.
Instrument, iterate, and close the loop. Define what good looks like. Build eval frameworks, feedback systems, and dashboards that tell you whether the tools are driving real adoption and impact — and use that signal to make reps active participants in improving the system over time.
What You’ll Need
1–3 years of product experience, or 3 - 5 years of total experience in a role that built real judgment — banking, consulting, deployment strategy, agent product, GTM operator, or founder. The path matters less than what you built and what you learned.
Deep hands-on experience building with AI: you've prototyped, shipped, and iterated on AI tools or agents — not just managed roadmaps about them. Technical fluency with modern AI coding harnesses (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex).
Working knowledge of core LLM concepts (prompting, embeddings, retrieval, evals) and the judgment to translate these into reliable products where hallucinations have real consequences.
Comfortable in SQL and confident reading data. You can pull your own analysis, spot what the numbers aren't telling you, and make decisions without waiting for a data team.
Curious systems thinker who learns fast and defaults to building. You connect dots across AI, data, and GTM quickly, pick up new domains without needing to be an expert first, and don't wait for perfect requirements to ship.
Comfort with 0-to-1 ambiguity. There is no established playbook here. You define the problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and build the foundation others will build on.
Scrappy, opinionated, and low-ego. You take the work seriously and yourself less so. You fit in on a team that moves fast, debates hard, and genuinely enjoys building together.
Nice-to-Haves
Broad GTM fluency and operational empathy for the field — you understand how GTM functions operate, what they need from tooling and data, and how to build products that earn trust in a skeptical org.
Strong working knowledge of GTM data and systems: CRM data models, sales engagement tooling, pipeline data, and intent signals.
Prior work in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or other domains where data quality is load-bearing.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders — you can earn trust with VP- and SVP-level leaders, align them on tradeoffs, and keep work moving without escalating everything.
Curiosity about externalizing internal AI work — turning what we build for our own GTM org into a product or market signal.

Ramp is hiring an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders across our Go-To-Market Finance organization. This role sits at the intersection of a high-stakes, high-confidentiality function — deal-making and financial oversight — and requires someone with exceptional discretion, sharp judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal direction in sensitive environments.
You will support Finance executive driving GTM financial planning, forecasting, and business operations. A core part of this role is active inbox management for multiple executives — triaging communications, drafting responses, flagging what needs immediate attention, and ensuring nothing of consequence gets missed. The pace is fast, the work is consequential, and the people you support move quickly.
This role is based in our New York office in Chelsea. We default to being in the office at least three days a week.
Please note: candidates may only apply to one Executive Assistant role at this time. We encourage you to review each posting carefully and apply to the role that best aligns with your experience, interests, and long-term goals.
What You'll Do
Own calendar management across multiple Finance executives, with strong sensitivity to confidentiality and deal timing
Manage inboxes for at least two executives — triaging incoming communications, drafting responses, flagging urgencies, and ensuring high-priority items receive timely attention
Coordinate finance workstreams including document management, signature logistics, and matter tracking across active transactions
Act as a coordination hub across Legal, Finance, GTM, and external counsel or advisors to ensure alignment and follow-through
Draft, organize, and manage correspondence on behalf of executives including communications with investors and counterparties
Track deadlines, deliverables, and commitments across financial planning cycles
Support planning and execution of finance leadership offsites and cross-functional working sessions
Manage budgets and vendor relationships on behalf of Finance leadership
Identify opportunities to streamline finance administrative workflows using AI, automation, and lightweight tooling
Handle sensitive business, personnel, and financial information with the highest standard of confidentiality
What You Need
3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in Legal, Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or another high-confidentiality environment
Proven experience managing executive inboxes — you know how to triage, prioritize, draft, and keep a busy exec's communications under control
Proven ability to handle sensitive financial materials with complete discretion
Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail — you catch what others miss and nothing falls through the cracks
Sound judgment about when to act independently and when to escalate
Clear, precise written and verbal communication skills — you understand that word choice matters in legal and financial contexts
High EQ and the ability to build trust quickly with executives who value reliability over personality
Comfort managing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously without losing quality
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, DocuSign or equivalent, and modern collaboration tools like Slack
Demonstrated use of AI or automation to streamline administrative work and increase leverage
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in an investment bank or finance function
Familiarity with corporate transactions, financing processes, or regulatory filings
Background supporting multiple executives across different functions simultaneously
Comfort with fast-changing priorities and deal-driven timelines
Experience handling board materials, investor communications, or confidential personnel matters

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp is in a critical phase of growth. We grew immensely last year and are building out a talented business systems team to ensure we maintain this trajectory for years to come. You’ll work directly with our Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Product teams to execute mission-critical business systems projects across the organization. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Ramp’s growth efforts through systems development.
What You'll Do
Own a GTM systems domain end to end: its roadmap, the architecture decisions inside it and its operational health
Build and deploy Salesforce automation end to end: record-triggered and screen flows, validation rules, custom objects and fields, permission sets and approvals
Translate business requirements into solution designs and write them up as the business outcome they produce rather than a list of objects and fields
Prioritize incoming requests against ROI. Make the call on what gets built, what gets deferred, and what gets declined, and show the numbers behind it
Own the integrations across the stack, including lead routing, sequence enrollment, meeting booking, enrichment and partner attribution, spanning Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo and Workato
Own the dashboards and data models your domain runs on. Translate business questions into reporting that is accurate, documented and actually used to make decisions
Drive cross-functional alignment on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs and carry it through to closure without a manager in the room
Use AI to move faster on flow logic, test cases, documentation and impact analysis and define the guardrails for how the team uses it with GTM data
What You'll Need
5+ years in business systems at a fast-paced company
Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent hands-on experience, plus real depth in HubSpot
Non-trivial Salesforce flows built and debugged when they broke, and a clear view of why declarative automation goes wrong at scale
A habit of framing problems rather than waiting for a spec: ambiguous requests taken on, decided and shipped
Fluency translating business requirements into a solution, and authoring that solution in terms of the outcome it drives and how that outcome will be measured
A metric-driven approach to prioritization: requests ranked on ROI, effort weighed against ongoing maintenance cost and the reasoning made explicit to the requester
Multi-month projects delivered with cross-team dependencies and no PM attached: sequencing the work, holding scope, flagging risk before it lands, clearing blockers rather than reporting them and keeping everyone informed without being asked
Fluency with AI tools to build, audit and document faster and a clear sense of where they stop being reliable
Nice to Have
Experience in channel or marketing systems: partner sourcing, revenue share and payouts, or campaign structure, UTM tracking, lead source and multi-touch attribution
Cross-functional program management across engineering, sales and finance stakeholders
A product mindset toward internal tooling: treating stakeholders as users, shipping in phases and measuring adoption after launch
Snowflake, Looker or similar BI and warehouse tooling
Working knowledge of Apex or Lightning Web Components, enough to recognize when declarative is the wrong answer
Linear or similar project management software
Time spent at a high-growth startup or technology company
Benefits available to all full-time Ramp employees (Global)
Flexible PTO
Centralized home-office equipment ordering
Health and wellness stipend
Budget for intra-office travel
Weekly coffee stipend
