Who are we?
We are a female-founded scale-up, currently made up of around 100 AltoVitians. Our fully-remote team hails from 26 different countries and collectively speaks 29 languages. Most of the time, it is our differences that are celebrated (whether they are in cultures, personalities, preferences or passions). However, despite those differences, there are a few principal attributes that we share which define an AltoVitian. AltoVitians are tenacious, humble, and thoughtful. Being humble is important because it enables us to keep learning every day, and tenacity is necessary because in a high performing environment as fast-paced as AltoVita, taking it slow is simply not an option!
As we look to scale our Global Commercial engine, today is a particularly exciting time to join our team. This next chapter won’t always be a smooth ride, but it will be filled with innovation, excitement and opportunities. If you are ambitious, commercially hungry and ready for the challenge (and the fun!) of growing with us, we would love to hear from you.

About the role
We're looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to empower our Go To Market teams following the roll out of a new sales enablement platform across the business. You will own the ongoing adoption and success of the platform, making it the single source of truth for everything our commercial teams need to sell, from content and playbooks to training and buyer insights. You will ensure the team has the tools, insights and materials to perform at their best, turning strategy into execution and complexity into clarity.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on making things more efficient, scalable and impactful, and who knows that a platform is only as good as the adoption behind it.
Your Responsibilities:
Platform ownership and adoption
Lead the ongoing upkeep of our new sales enablement platform, including configuration, content migration, user setup and phased launch across our global commercial teams.
Act as the platform's owner and primary administrator, managing permissions, content structure, taxonomy and governance so the right material is easy to find at the right time.
Drive adoption across Sales, Client Development and Customer Success, setting clear usage expectations and working with sales leadership to embed the platform into daily workflows.
Integrate the platform with HubSpot CRM and other core tools, working with RevOps to connect content usage and buyer engagement to pipeline and deal outcomes.
Track and report on platform analytics, including content usage, buyer engagement and adoption, to show what is driving wins and where to invest.
Content and messaging
Build and maintain a comprehensive, well-organised library of strategic sales content within the platform, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, battle cards and email templates.
Create and continuously optimise sales presentations and proposal decks aligned with our value proposition and tailored to client needs.
Use platform data and insights from Sales and Customer Success to identify content gaps and underperforming materials, and develop resources that address them.
Run regular content audits to keep materials accurate, relevant and on-brand, retiring outdated content so the library stays current.
Act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Client Development and Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of relevant content.
Develop high-impact content for each stage of the buyer journey, enabling Sales to drive engagement and conversion.
Training and onboarding
Design, deliver and manage training on the platform, sales processes and enablement strategies, including onboarding paths, refresher sessions and certification where appropriate.
Lead enablement sessions to train new and existing sales team members on new content, messaging and platform features.
Build a structured, platform-based onboarding programme so new sales hires ramp up quickly and consistently across markets.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and RevOps to continually improve enablement tools, templates and workflows.
Support sales leadership with content, market insights and performance data to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
Who you are:
3+ years' experience in sales operations or sales enablement.
Hands-on experience implementing and administering a sales enablement platform (e.g. Highspot, Seismic, Showpad, Mindtickle, Dock or similar), ideally including leading a rollout from scratch.
Proven track record of driving tool adoption and managing change across commercial teams.
2+ years' experience in the business travel or corporate housing industry is desirable.
Proven experience delivering measurable improvements in sales performance.
Experience working in a high-growth, scale-up environment is a MUST.
Comfortable using data and analytics to measure content effectiveness and influence decisions.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and prioritise multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to think strategically.
Proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve and support the team.
